Worst experience. They have their own timings for work and do nothing follow any government prescribed timings. Totally unhelpful to customers.

Helpful staff..went there for sending speed post completed the process in no time.

Its such a sad state of affairs that even senior citizens are asked to wait in the line for long hours. During the course of corona this is not acceptable. Very sad that the mgmt does not seee this

Visited recently for a speed post.They accept speed posts in the below timings.8am - 3pm4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Thise is one of the Worst post office in bangalore .never receiving calls..and ..west fellows...i dnt knw wn i go to entry in ths olpost office when i entry in this post office ill fight in ths..bxuse carless to public problems..not solves anything

They just made me to come twice to post office, first they told its lunch time come at 2:40 and when i went again they said i told you to come at 2:40 so you should come at exactly at 2:40, now you should come at 4:30. They think people should visit the post office according to there availability

Staff especially PR is concerned of food/Coffee than work. Even for a simple work we are made to take attractive three trips to Post office

If theres option to give zero star we can give zero stars to this branch. Every year we will post Rakhi by international registered post from Mahdevpura post office it will reach within 6 or max 10 days. This time we posted it on 6th August , today is Rakhi and till date it is still lying in post office only.Worst experience.....

Ugh, real pain!Bunch of arrogant staff roam the place.This place is inviting its doom with a laid out red carpet & will get their soon too *unless* its staff are taught a thing or two about etiquettes​, courtesy and customer service.For now, enter the place at your own risk or be prepared to give the staff in there a piece of your mind.

I feel very bad that the service at this Post office isnt friendly at all. Visited multiple times, only to find that I am not able to get my work done.
