Pathetic. No work flow. It takes 5 days to issue an updated EC and that too one with mistakes. How can a government office issue a totally wrong EC- details of Owner and apartment number is WRONG, that too checked and stamped by Government officers!
A multistoreyed building that houses many of the government offices that is situated in yelahanka. Earlier it was in a rented building, but now owns its own office space. There is a good parking lot that can allow 20-25 cars to be parked inside the compound with a security housed at the gate. Inside the new building it is clean and well maintained. All housing documents like sale deeds, saledeed transfers etc are done here. Marriage Registration office, Women and Child welfare association, Senior citizen helpline office, Pension distribution office are some of the government offices that are situated here. Offices are all computerized and hence easy to cross check the documents with other offices located elsewhere. Wheelchair services are available to ferry the old and infirm from one office room to the other inside the premises. Separate toilet facilities are there for men and women. Lots of chairs are put inside each office room for the people to rest and await their turn. A well maintained garden inside the quadrangle peps up ones mood!Opposite to the building are a number of shops that cater to the xeroxing needs, notary services, computer internet cafes to prepare documents and to get its printouts. Small eateries, coffee/ tea shops, fruit- juice centres, fruit vendors, tender coconut vendors etc. also do their business to service people.
Generally we have the impression that any registration needs a middle man.Surprisingly I got a trust registration without any mediator.I prepared the draft myself and firstly I did is met the subregistrar directly to know the process.She was so humble to answer all my queries.I forgot to ask her name.Then I finished the registration process.Even the lady who was typing the details was so generous and patient.Hats off to all team.Keep up the good work.We as proud of you.
It is helpful for the public. The infrastructure is awesome & the system is also good. But one has to wait to get things done as all government offices.
Horrible place, nobody responds properly, when someone does respond, they do so carelessly and with no proper information. Getting simple work done takes hours. Living up to a government offices expectations.

Excellent office space and garden
Its a Govt building to get all the hundreds of documents required. There is decent parking space available inside if you come early in the day.

Its a ghost house rather than a government office no staff nobody present in the building except 4 - 5 officers and also all the officers come late at their own time.

The government place ever seen,work done is very very very slow,for 2-3 hours they did verification of scholarship for only 5-10 people remaining hundreds(100) of students were standing in queue and waiting for their turn,in that also some software issues it-seems,tea breaks,lunch breaks for hours together they will take.Really a worst government place.

😢 I am the son of a farmer, who applied for our correction of the Pahini a year from now, and all the documentation was filed in June by the Sahebes. The Tahsildar has not changed any more.
