Staff are friendly and they listen to us patiently. We get all kinds of Hardware and paint products. Car parking facility is available. They will bring products up to your vehicle.Only concern is at the billing, we need go through a slightly longer process to get billed. But for such a big Shop, its required. Overall a good place to purchase hardware related items.

Billing procedure Is type of fraud they dont give bill and ask for money before giving material and if it is out of stock they will say tat we will deliver to site but these people didnt delivered item and told u can come to shop and take ur material but when I compared with other shop tat was too costly so plz ask them to show the product first then bill and tat hardware door fittings are too expensive they dont even tell u the mrp of product people are getting fooled so plz they are short term business Tats my guarantee

Staff is always confused. Right from the entry, the 2 receptionists who list down the materials to the sales boys trying to explain about the materials. Looks like they have bar code scanner connected to their cell phones and all. But Ive tried buying from the store many times... Every time I was disappointed with the complications they make.

Very arrogant staff and arrogant owner who does not even know how to attend or talk to customer. They do not disclose the rates until you make the payment so you will never really know if you are paying more or less and this is how customers are tricked. You also have to wait for long hours moving from one counter to another just like you do in passport office.

This shop was one place destination for us to buy so many things like sanitary items, door related items, wardrobe, kitchen items, tank, paint etc. They have a nice display too which helps to select items. Price is less compared to other local shops(@wholesale rate). I would recommend anyone who is constructing house to visit this place once :)

With little less expensive than other stores one needs to have a whole day and patience to purchase goods here, congested place, very ill behaved sales person, an Q to pay cash....after all these most of the items will be out of stock and they claim will supply to site next day and which will not happen we need to keep remaining them to send the balance items.
