Go service is pathetic and very worst technitians, my built in micro oven no power and i complained , they dint even bother to visit after 20 days, but they made me to wait at home four times without going to office, by making false promise that they visit.But unfortunately hind ware tied up with go service, and the area managers are also unprofessional in my case. now m taking service from urban clap, My piece of advise is dont buy hind ware home appliance.

Worst service provider.. they claim that they are Authorized service center for Elica products.. But they send unskilled people for installation and service and DAMAGE everything and charge for that heavily..

The worst service for Hindware appliance of cook top. Its been more than a month now still they did not fix burnal for my cook top. Every time I call them its been told we will send technician. Technician visited twice but no resolution. Hindware customer care also no choice.

They are the Authorized Service center for Elica. I used to get good service and Original spares from Go Service.

Good professional service for elica chimney, they did deep cleaning service very well.

They take advance and after that they stop taking up your calls. Very bad service. Following up from last 1 month still no resolutios. Pathetic. This has not been fixed yet and even after following numerous times getting new dates. Not sure if they are ever going to fix it ever

They did not quote the exact charges for chimney installation when the service was booked. Good business strategy. At the end, they surprised with another addition- duct cutting charge. They just cut the metal sheet outside the duct- and bill for this. Please be clear with charges and do not fool customers.

Trying to reach from past two days. The number is always busy or no one will pick the call. I am doubting whether the service is exists or not

Been their customer for nearly 4 years. Except a one off case where the incharge was rude. Their service and isolation of issue have always been impeccable.Thumps up to Lakshmi who have always taken care of a situation when called upon an emergency.

Go Service is the Authorised Service Centre. The Technicians are all Trained feom the company. The Service for kitchen Chimney and Hob was done perfectly. Now it works as new. Excellent work.

We had done Our Elica Chimney and Hob since Go service is the Authorised Service center, their service was very good and spare replace are from company genuine spares only

Very poor service as a representative for Kaff authorised service. Does not come as per appointment, poor attitude of technician, closes tickets without appropriately repairing. If you buy kaff or Elica, you will end up with this authorised service Center. Hence don’t go for Kaff or Elica products as you will end up with this service Center and the manufacturers are not bothered about their service quality

Worst service , the so called technician are some local guys who dont even know how to measure and install.spoiled my KAFF cooking range. Manager too does not respond properly

Most unreliable service provider I have come across. They dont even honour their Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) commitments. I would not recommend them to anybody.

The Service engineer explained well on how to maintain our chimney and Hob.
