BE AWARE ! This guy provides worst gyser service and with full of his attitude. Ive trusted the FAKE Google reviews when I was looking for gyser repair services. I have checked his fake Google reviews and called him to repair gyser at my place. At the very first call , he told he will come on the same day, he did not turn up as he said traffic is more. Other day he said he will come around 9- 930 am. He turned up at 1:55 pm when current was not there after calling him 15 times ( was even though he was already informed about power shedding ). Instead of fixing gysers main issue, he damaged inlet pipe and gysers cut off light AND HE CHARGED ME 600 RS TO DAMAGE OTHER PARTS OF GYSER. When I asked him to fix the damaged parts which has been damaged by him only. He told me that he will come next day and fixed it. When he did not turn up next day, I called him atleast 30 times but he was keep lying and he replied rudely that He has other work to do ...Finally he did not turn up.WORST ATTITUDE, DISAPPOINTING AND PATHETIC GYSER SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THIS GUY. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY , TIME AND WANT TO GET RID FOR DAMAGING YOUR ELECTRIC ITEMS, REQUEST YOU ALL NOT TO CALL THIS GUY........ Be Aware.

Couple of my geysers had the safety switch turned on because I had left them on for a long time. All that was needed was a switch reset. The model I had didn’t have the switch visibly, it was under the plastic trim and just needed prying with a screw driver. Since it was a new place and I didn’t want to risk, called up Dinakar to come have a look.He came and reset both switches which took him exactly 30 seconds for each geyser, and also conned me into getting the coil changed in one of them, saying that the coil was gone. I agreed (my bad) and then, not even a month, the coil conked off. The coil was so poor in quality that it got rusted and made a hole in its base and started tripping the EB circuit in the house all the time and that geyser couldn’t be used.I called this guy up to come and fix the mess, he comes with same quality coil as replacement. I ask him to install the same original coil which was within the geyser, (which btw he was very very keen on taking it back on his first visit) and he says but still he cannot refund the coil cost I paid, plus the service charge, and also had the audacity to demand service charge from me for the second visit.So net, nothing changed, except for the safety switch reset in both geysers, but I lost almost 1.5k in the process. I could have done it in 2 mins with just a screwdriver. Oh, yes, he changed the pipes for the geyser on his second visit for which I paid for additionally.He knows his stuff, but the conning attitude is totally disgusting and pain to deal with.
