Had a very bad experience when I bought a premium Simpolo siphonic commode ( among other items worth nearly ₹45000 totally which has a serious design defect (NOT manufacuring defect).Ceramic Point did not inform me of this serious hygiene issue of extra high water level which causes splashing on the underside of the users bottoms while using the commode.According to Simpolo, it was the duty of retailer to inform the new concept of siphonic system but with unhygienic water level but Ceramic point sold me this product though I went in to buy a wall Mount commode with conventional flushing system.Finally after installation the retailer, distributor, Simpolo HO personnel washed their hands off when we asked for a different model, though we did not use it a single time respecting the nature of the product.

Worst customer response. Has very rude behaviour towards customer does not respond if you are looking to just enquire the cost of the tiles.

Very bad experience. Pathetic service by shopkeeper. Arrogant staff n collection also so so.Recommend you try some other store.

Order given on Saturday evening after getting the confirmation that the tiles will get by 10:00 on Monday morning. We were waiting for 2 hours and still the delivery not confirmed and Mr. Shetty dont know when material will available. Very rude in speaking to customer.
