Worst service ever experienced, bought an Bosch washing machine and was promised with cash-back and other offers once we purchase the product, but once I bought it went to store 5 to 7 times, staff started to deny the all offers they promised and started telling they don’t know anything about those offers and even the manager of this store was very harsh with us all the time and literally insulted us. Please don’t trust them if they tell you some great offers, I suggest not going to Giria’s store and please prefer other or online.Giria’s please educate your employees and even the manager.

All essential appliances are available, only hassle is follow-up with the shop for delivery of product. Pricing is ok.

Inside showroom behaviour is good. Manger n sales team communication is good. But door delivery team is really worst. The person keeping the washing machine box inside the house very carelessly.. felt very bad of this rude behaviour..

Hi Girias,I have been following up for the below msg, but no one from Girias is responding properly till now.. very very bad experienceHi Girias Nagarabhavi team, purchased washing machine on 21dec 2020, the team is cheating and fooling customers by giving false information on the product, the delivery service is very bad, the delivery boy broke our 55” Led tv while returning the old exchange Washing machine , and still it is not been sorted out from past 1month.. the sales person who attended us is Mr. Ravi is fooling all the customers and giving false hopes and commitments till date, we have filed complaint in police station also.And till date no one from Girias management is come in picture and the sales personMr Ravi says that Girias will not be responsible for their delivery boy breaking our 55” tv.. I will not leave Girias management and pull them to consumer court for the pain and mental stress caused to our family by Nagarbhavi team and Girias Management .. Very very bad experience..Shame on you Girias

One of the best electronic show room

Never get door delivery equipments in Girias Nagarbhavi brach. Products are of good quality but the delivery driver is really rude and arrogant. A worst experience we had with this delivery driver. Its fourth of buying refrigerator, till now its not get fixed. Because technician has not come to our house till now.

I came to purchase the smart tv. Staff were very polite and they explained all the features. Its was a very nice experience.

I wanted information on audio product. Had called store people for one full day but they did not provide any information. Wanted to visit store only after proper info about products a availability..very poor response

There is nothing wrong with asking approximate price for the product. But they responded very carelessly. I Didnt listen skill of sales man.

Good store for Home appliances. It has all major brands. Staff was good and explained the features of appliance which we were looking for. Definitely they push for their associated brands. The location of the shop is good. Parking place can be maintained well as when we went there, viechels were not parked properly.

Never ever buy products from Girias Nagarabhavi...We had a worst experience with the sales people just to sell their products they give wrong information..we got a washing machine of 9kg..the sales lady also sold a cover for ₹500...and she sent me a wrong cover of 7 kg..and till date they hav not responed on this issue nor they hav refunded the amount back..very bad costumer service..somehow they want to reach their target by fooling the customer....I am warning u Girias at Nagarabhavi do not fool the customers orelse u will hav to close the shop.

On the 23 rd of September 2018, I went to this store to buy a v guard stabilizer. Customer care executive convinced me to buy Girias Vulcan stabilizer which was coming for 10% lesser than v guard. The stabilizer ran for only 7 days, afterwards I had to visit again to return n buy the v guard product.Conclusion: don’t get attracted to the deals suggested by executives, buy the product which you wanted to buy. They will make you buy the products which has more profit margin, just don’t get attracted to this!!
