I had a haircut with Shwetha today at YLG frazer town branch. She’s an extremely joyful staff with brilliant skill of haircuts and hairstylesg. She even taught me few of her hairstyle tricks, which not many reveal. She has got a very friendly and humble nature also a patient attitude with customers. Do recommend her for a haircut and hairstyling anytime!!

Very bad service. Even the eyebrows was not done properly. I asked for hair setting and blow dry and as soon as I left the salon the setting was gone. Prefer other YLGs than this branch. The staffs were playing all telugu videos loudly and watching when the customer were there. Not at all pleased to even give more than 1 star.

Shwetha is an absolute sweetheart and cuts hair like a boss. Shes professional and quite the perfectionist, and shell make sure youre onboard with what shes doing throughout the process. 👌

Ok so i was damn nervous goin to Salon, the sole reason is cuz whenever i have visited any salon they chop my hair very short. But YLG has experts with them. Thanks to Sandhya who knew what exactly i was looking for. She did exactly as i had imagined. She actually did a great work with my hair. Very bad behaviour. Even after asking and clearly telling what services i need ( before going there), they denied to give service, wasted my time. Also argued with me in a bad way.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR.

This branch of YLG has been my go to for over 3 years now. Appointments are well tended to and services are excellent. The rooms are tidy, fresh and organised. Banushrees my constant for waxing and skin related services as shes knowledgeable when it comes to knowing ones skin type and helps you through the whole process of explaining why some products are more suitable than others. Truly appreciate her for her patience. As for the staff in general they are courteous and very accommodating.

Myself - a 6 plus year old customer of ylg Frazer Town- had the worst experience with the Center manager at Frazer Town today . I have booked my appointment over phone for 6.30 pm today . After the appointment confirmed by the Center manager , he called back and informed my appointment is canceled as some other client is booked after me !! Such an unprofessional and untrained clinic manager . All the previous clinic managers were extremely professional. I also witnessed same incidents when I visited the clinic last time from this guy where other clients appointments got cancelled . Sad to see businesses suffer due to bad staff

I love going to Frazer Town YLG I love the services done by Suku she is very friendly with her costumer she make sure to feel very comfortable and her dedication towards work is outstanding and also she suggest Wat suits u overall it’s a great experience with her I suggest everyone to visit the store once

Ive been visiting the Frazer town outlet for the past 8 months and I think all the therapists are friendly. My therapist is Nethra and she does a damn good job every single time. Extremely professional and doesnt indulge in small talk. She even books my slots and reminds me every month. The extra star is for her!

YLG salon is one of the worst salon. One lady by name Asha who is working as hair stylist in Vidyaranyapura Bangalore has completely spoiled my hair. I had been there for permanent hair smoothening and she did below the accepted mark. Hair one side not bending at the scalp. She used so many chemicals, did smoothing casually without required care and attention. ow i got split ends, white hair, dry, frizzy hair, hair breakage. They are charging around 15k. Its only only for waste of money and for spoiling beauty.

Had visited the saloon I guess last month end for a pedicure - manicure - waxing - The person who attended me was courteous but at the end the attention was divided cause another client of hers turned up - May visit again!

I enjoy going to this branch of YLG which is just walking distance from where I stay. I mainly go for the hair spa, hair coloring and styling and Usnu Sultana does a great job pampering me! Her massage is really the best and sometimes I think of going to her to wash my hair every time instead of doing it at home! She knows what shes doing and gives useful suggestions when it comes to taking care of your hair. I know my hair is in good hands when it comes to her.YLGs pedicures and manicures are also lovely! Lakshmi is who I always go to because I know Ill receive the best service.The folks here strive to please and its a very relaxing atmosphere.

Very worst experience, dont know how to greet a customer and the call customer had booking an appointment and they asked us to call at 5pm byt the lady inside tested the temperature and thermometer reading was at 97.5° but they didnt allow us inside and they also said they dont have a clean up kit.I dont know why the call customer confirmed the appointment when they dont have the necessary tool.very .. very worst branch.. please dont take a appointment here...

Nice place .. well equipped and great customer service, but quite an expensive place.. i highly recommend nethras service she is very dedicated and her service exceeds expectations and always keeps us updated on offers and reminds me of my visits every month..

In this entire area, YLG is probably the best one. Good service. Understanding staff and their suggestions on choosing packages is purely based on the purpose rather than minting money (going for most expensive one).

Pathetic. In the name of 50 percent discount on Facials on Thursday this salon is running a SCAM. Have you ever heard a facial without a bleach? Might be but I haven’t! There was unavailability of bleach and further asking to get one from the market they were hesitant as their company policy did not permit. Fine! After asking to get my personal bleach, they would not agree on that too as again their company doesn’t permit! Meaning Customer is Nothing for them. They do not have solutions for anything except a NO for every thing! Do not run such promotions if you do not have products available. You are a well known Salon and no product availability is a disgrace as you should have had anticipated the shortage of your product! Also just before the festival of EID you are telling you do not have stock! Like really?

I have been going to YLG for more than 3 years now. I am extremely satisfied with their service. Ms. Sukanya has been the one doing my waxing, eyebrows, facial, manicure, pedicure and she is excellent at all of them. She has a very patient, relaxing, comforting and efficient way of doing all the services and whatever instructions you give her she follows them correctly and remembers them for the next time. Whenever I was in doubt she also gave me suitable suggestions that were relevant to my need. She is also very friendly and understanding. I am very finicky about my eyebrows and I want them to be done perfectly and she always makes sure that she does them carefully. Thanks to YLG that I found Sukanya to take care of my beauty and grooming needs.

I went here for waxing and haircut. I was in a rush.Waxing was done very well, the beautician suggested different products as per my body requirements..Haircut was done by hairstylist Mr.Eshwar. He was just amazing. Knowledgeable and soft spoken. He did a health check, understood what I want, used the right products, added his expertise and gave me just what I wanted with my hair and a beautiful style too!Loved this place, I think it will be my goto salon now on.

I wish there were negative points for this review. I dont remember the ladys name (and i dont want to either), but if you are interested in going bald due to the force with which she pulls your hair to cut it, then please be my guest to entertain these people. Dont get me wrong, she cut my hair very well, but my scalp was hurting from the pull for the next 2 days.Oh! also! have you heard of the word RESPECT? do NOT INSULT a womans hair. If its too thin? thats fine you can politely suggest products and leave it at that. But my my, 10 insults during the duration of one haircut truly makes the stay unbearable. Women work. They dont spend their whole lives grooming themselves. Learn to adapt to the generation. Needless to say, never coming back to you!

Absolutely the worst place for haircuts if you have curly hair. They give you a cut thats clearly not meant for curly hair even if you have given them your idea. Then they tell you, the customer how you should straighten your hair after youve told them you like it curly. And to top it off they will continuously try to sell you products!

They have employed untrained people for haircut and eyebrow threading. I prefer YLG because of the brand value, but this time experience was horrible.my eyebrows were bruised and swollen for 2 days.

I went to this branch for the first time and the services provided here are good and the staff especially is cordial, receptive and suggests what is good for you. All in all a good experience.

I recommend Churmit Lipcha in case you want to get global colouring or highlights done. I loved how she took extra care to get the right colours out.
