I have visited the restore, play arena centre for my neck and lower back issues. Dr. Bandana attended to me for the 10 sessions as prescribed by the doctor.She is very professional and knows her job well. I have started feeling way better after my 4th session itself. Today Ive completed my 10th and last session. I can say it made a world of difference to my daily life.Thanks to the care and eexpert guidance of Dr. Bandana, Im feeling a lot better and able to do my day to day activities more effectively with less pain.I would give a 10/10 rating and recommend anyone who has the need for physiotherapy to visit restore and Dr. Bandana in particular.

I was suffering from severe back pain for several months. Was advised to undergo physiotherapy and hence went to Restore. After a course of treatment by Physiotherapist Anesh Abraham I am now free of pain and back to normal. I appreciate his efforts and care. Have recommended Restore to Friends and family.
