I have been visiting Reflex Physio centre for almost 2 weeks for Physiotherapy with Sona. I have to say that she knows her job and also shares a great Professional rapport with her clients including myself. She is able to provide instructions in layman language which helps me understand how my body responds to treatment, how much I can push myself and what action plan I need to carry out for the next 6 months. I appreciate the efforts of Sona and would recommend her as a Physiotherapist for everyone.

Received treatment at home for elbow fracture for a period of 20 days. Saravanans treatment techniques are of highest appreciation. I was able to start normal activities post surgery in less than 10 days!!!

Ive been visiting Relex physiotherapy center off and on for few years either for my shoulder/back pain due to the RSI (repetitive stress injury) or for my sons sports injury. Dr. Manikandan & his team employ variety of techniques based on the severity of the patients injury and customize the treatment pattern for the problem. His friendly approach to the patients, his vast experience treating all kinds ortho problems, flexibility through home visits makes him one of the best in the city. I always refer my friends and family to this center.

Excellent support starting from consulting and treatment for cervical & backpack problems, ambiance and treatments are helpful and you will be in good hands finally. Kudos to Dr. Manikandan and I went for my daughters neck pain as well it was solved very quickly without equipment.

For short term problems it has been helpful not sure for complicated onesUse traction only if necessary
