Ramdev Medicals at Varthur Main Road, Bengaluru (Near Varathur Lake) is a well-stocked medicine retailer.On 6 January 2021 I purchased a bottle of Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion from them. The quantity was 591 ML (20 FL OZ) and the Price, ₹ 2,500. As it seemed too expensive, I asked the smartly dressed shopkeeper to give me a cheaper substitute. He said the price of Cetaphil had gone up recently it was the best product in the market etc. Later, I understood it was an imported product, but the shop did not give me the information.A few days letter, another medicine shop in in Bengaluru sold me a 500 ml bottle of Cetaphil at ₹ 1090. It was the same medicine, with the same ingredients. I am uploading the pictures of the two products. front and back and also, zoomed shots of the two price tags. Please note that while ₹ 1090 is printed on the bottle. Ramdev Medical fixed their own sticker on the bottle.To sum up, I feel cheated as I was sold 591 mm of a product at ₹ 2,500 while 500 mm of the same product is freely available at ₹ 1090.This not ethical business practice.

They will charge extra on mrp instead of giving discount

Worst medical store. They cheat on customers by labeling extra price on mrp tag of medical and heath related apparatus such as thermometer, BP monitoring machine, ice bag hot bag, oximeter etc. Medicine they take mrp , no discount.

Very good. I did not find some medicines elsewhere but found all of them here. The staff is polite n courteous. I highly recommend this store.

This store offers Patanjali products and Allopathic medicine. If a medicine is unavailable, they source it if requested. Other medical related items such as blood glucose metres, knee/neck/back braces, thermometers..etc are sold by this store. They do deliver to areas nearby ( 3-4kms).

Situated nearby forum value mall. Its readily accessible and has all your medical stuff.

Issue is with home delivery. Order placed in the morning would be delivered at 10.30pm after multiple calls of reminder. Pathetic!!! Delivery guy is extremely rude and the attitude is like Take it or Leave it.He even says we will deliver at this time only, if you have a problem dont order from us If they cant handle the delivery orders, improve it or inform the customer initially. Dont play with customers who are anxiously waiting for medicines.
