Pretty handy medical shop near my place. They usually have the required set of medicines. Operates from 8am to 10 pm, even on weekends.Located on Whitefield main road, near Whitefield police station.

The staff are polite, and swift in their action. All I had to do was tell them that I was making a first-aid box on my own. They took it upon themselves and gave me a set of emergency medicines for all my needs, that too in less than 2 minutes.

Please do not buy anything in this shop. I had purchased pulse oximeter and wanted to return as it was taking 2 mins to provide results. However they declined. They spoke very harshly.

Unprofessional staff with heavy bad attitude & arrogant behavior. They are not at all bothered about the customers & they will be always busy themselves. Need to shout & ask for medicines & they treat customers very badly. Walked out of the store because of their bad attitude & behavior

They are friendly people who can door deliver the meds in cases of emergency and provide a good discount for the regulars. They are dependable to source the meds you want even if they dont stock it.

They are fraudulent in billing and if you if buy meds cut off the strip, they will con you with old and expired stock, also if you dont check the bill they will round your bill amount and loot you. Coming to address about the staff, their attitude is very rude, arrogant and shows lack of morals. Please do yourself a favour and move any other medicals in this locality for ethical management and professionalism. They are just exploiting this franchise and brand name with hooliganism.

Easily visible in the moving traffic. So far able to get all the required medicines. Only drawback is limited parking. Home delivery within 2 kms.

Not a very experienced people...if you go and simply ask a medicine for cold, they will give you costly outdated medicines..... useless.

Although medicine exchange policy exist,but they will give reasons not to take ...Not happy with this behavior , I return same medicine in mediplus ,they exchange and given me soaps ...but here ,,,they told printed things are not properly visible.
