Terrible customer service.I went in requesting a product to sooth toothache, but I was greeted by an employee with attitude and terrible communication skills. After advising him that I only speak Tamil and English and that I dont speak Kannada, he proceeded to mutter oh my god under his breathe. He then rudely and abruptly retracted back behind the counter and proceeded to ask another employee to deal with me. All while the staff were laughing at me, I assume because I didnt know the language.Just because I do not understand your words, that doesnt mean I dont understand your body language. If you are going to treat people with direspect because they speak a different language, then I request you dont open a public shop in a public area. Laughing at someone because of their differences is inhuman and uneceptable.If you dont speak Kannada or Hindi, if you are different, I do not recommend coming to this place. But if you like people being rude and laughing in your face and you like people making you feel uncomfortable, this is the place for you.Ive never been to an organisation with such a lack of diversity. Plain rude.

Very nice store. Polite staff to attend every customer.Generates bills for every purchase you make.Accepts non-cash payments.

People here are busy in watching match on mobile instead of selling medicine to customer. If you want to purchase medicine better to go somewhere, they are too busy

They give 10% discount on the bill, better than other medical shops around...
