I went here with a friend looking for a husky puppy, was extremely disappointed with the way the dogs were kept. The place stinked, the dogs were not vaccinated, and the person in charge of the place and the dogs brutally threw water filled in buckets with full force in order to hit the dogs right in front of our eyes. What more? A bunch of other dogs were locked in cages right at the entrance, when we asked the person in charge if they were for sale, he told us that the dogs are not for sale and when further enquired we found out that the dogs are never taken out of the cages. We assumed that the dogs were kept locked in those cages only for breeding purpose. We told the person in charge that it wouldnt hurt them to take the dogs out for a walk, he told us that there is no space for them to run around so we prefer to keep them locked AT ALL TIMES. None of the dogs seemed happy or in any way looked mentally stable, It was a very depressing place.

I bought a 45 days old St. Bernard from here. At the time of booking the puppy he did us big promises, call me whenever you want, I will help you with everything and all that lies. After 10 days of buying, till date he never took any call neither gave us the paper nor helped in any of the queries. He is just doing business, please dont come in his sweet talks.

Place stinks. We bought a puppy and it had skin infection and other ailments and were required to visit the vet every week. Also, the puppy we bought had no vaccinations completed.Edit - Spoke to the representative as to why we werent told about its ailments beforehand. Extremely rude. The staff was sweet and accommodating until they received the money. The representative is a very arrogant, completely unprofessional, rude person.

Very disappointed. They DO NOT SELL PURE BREEDS. Being our first puppy we trusted the owner and bought a golden retriever pup. He’s five months now and does not have a single feature of a retriever. The vet confirmed he isn’t pure and even suggested we never go to this place again. Gladly my pup is healthy. They did not show us the parents and gave no bill. Not recommending the place to anyone.

We bought a golden retriever puppy last Saturday from this place. While buying the owner told it has no infection or disease.. But the puppy was very dull and not at all active.. owner told it is a baby and will be dull only. Then he sold to us for 15k without papers. He did not even give bill or sale receipt. It was with us till yesterday (Tuesday).. since the past 4 days it was very dull and week and didnt even made a single bark nor sound.. today morning we took to a vet clinic.. they told the puppy is very much affected by bacterial infection.. they gave drips. Then we brought back home. Afternoon suddenly it could not breathe.. we immediately took to same hospital and there it died.. atleast in the last 4 days of the puppy it was happy with us. The sellers place is so bad and very smelly.. we cant even stand for a minute inside.. hope some organisation to take necessary action on this shop. If the pets are kept in such kind of place, surely it will be infected.. also he does not provide any bill or sale receipt.

We went to this place as my son wanted a puppy badly. We bought a labrador from him on the assurance that it is 100%pure. But now it has turned out to be an indie mix breed. Going through the reviews, that the place stinks, caged dogs, Murthys fake promises, we also share the same and feel cheated about it. One best part is that our Bruno turned out to be free of any diseases as of now, who is a fussy eater and thin. Day by day he looks more like indie.Whatever it is, we love our Bruno, but yes at the same time wanted him to be a pure breed.

Please research about the breeds and the prices. The owner is a huge scam artist who will hike up the prices if you are new to the scene. He promises you a lot of add ons(like leashes,collars,food bowls) at the time of purchase of the pet but doesnt follow through with his promises. Also if you are a seasoned pet owner, please give adoption a thought!

Puppy World is the worst place to buy puppies. We recently bought a puppy. It was dull and not much active. On the second day we took it to a reputed vet clinic and they tested for parvo virus which turned to be positive and the puppy died in five days after giving it best of medical care. In my opinion they sell a lot of infected puppies and make good money by cheating their customers . I wouldnt give them even one star, Pathetic place, Pathetic people.

I bought a shih Tzu puppy. Over the phone he committed for 17000 and on the delivery day he asked for 19000. Not a professional breeder. His attitude and approach changes once you visit the place. His response completely changes once you buy the puppy from him.

Let me tell you story of a person called Murthy who is a reknowned dog breeder at Wilson Garden bangalore. He could be reason for bringing smiles to several but let me voice those untold story behind mirror.For over planning past one year, i was happy to get my small pup with all dreams of spending my life with him from Murthy. It was bot even complete 48 hours when the pup started continous vomit with no break. I took him midnight to Cessna domlur where they gave signs of pup already been affected by Parvo Virus. Shattered on knowing this, i consulted Murthy about the Virus. He told me that he had his clients around where their pets had lost their lives due to inappropriate treatment at Cessna. Knowing this I headed to Cupa rather than blaming him for giving me parvo affected pup. The tests conducted at Cupa confirmed my pup with Severe Parvo positive and gave minimilastic chances of survival hopes on account of proper treatment. As advised by doctors i was gettjng him treated twice day and night in hospital with hardly signs of recovery. Consulting few people around with similar cases i got to know that pups make the first three of four days of survival chances are there that they would make full recovery. With all broken heart i went to Murthy and told him please help me to get my dog back in my life. He told me to hand over the pup to him Nd contact after a week. I gave the pup to him but I was not able to wait even for more than a day and i called him. It remember it was 9th of april and until today all I have is disconnected call from him , illtreated and vague assured texts from him. When i would ask for Bruno’s pics and videos, from past three months he denied sharing then as well. Every week almost i try visiting his office with doors closed most of the time. Once or twice when i was able to make through the open doors he told me to take the new pup. I insisted him politely that i want my pup back and he would send me back from there at the initial months saying he would update in call with no responses back.I dont know what further to write on this. I have penned down my story just in case no one else fall prey of the pain i went through for losing my Bruno and hopes of his still being alive and never coming back just because i trusted a person who turned out to br a Snake.I am not a breeder if in case he tried to manipulate you that this comment on social media is done by a competitor

I do not want to narrate the trauma or pain I am going through on this platform, but would certainly alert you on the fraud and scammer this guy is. Trust me his dogs are very weak, given birth and brought up in very unhygiene and sad condition. Underfed and seperated from mother at very early age, and he would give you false picture of pups age with no papers. I and my friends bought pups from him out of which none of them survived.Also please dont get deceived on his polite words and committments he would do when you call him and visit his place. He is complete fraudster and hoax person all set with money in mind. You are loosing a part of you certainly your pup could be prone to diseases and virus you would never know at time of buying and end up loosing them and you can do nothing about it.Also all the positive reviews most of it are fed up on this portal and social media by his own people, family and friends. I have met people around who all hold similar opinion to mine with no trust and being fraud of this person.

Not a safe place to buy puppies.Bought a labrador female 2 days back. She was under weight and under 30days old.But took her nevertheless so that we can take care of her instead of them as they seemed very negligent.Even deworming was not done and we found tape worms in her the next day.Got her checked by our reliable vet and even he is aware of how bad puppy world is and how negligent they are. Please pray our puppy gets healthy soon.

Murthy the guy who owns this store is strictly running a business. It doesn’t look like he cares for animals at all. Moreover we waited at his store for so long to see a puppy a shitzu. The guy who works there was very jovial and very helpful. But soon as Murthy arrived he was extremely rude and when I mentioned that it’s not the pup I want” he threw away the poor pup by neck in the cage. This itself shows that he doesn’t care for animals. This place should shut down. He is very arrogant and someone like him can’t possibly be running this business like this! We left immediately!!

I bought a German Shepard dog from Puppy world almost a month ago and have an absolute nightmare experience. Owner Murthy Reddy will talk all big things (My first impression was - amazing guy) but he is a lier. He will give all disease, cross breed and infected dogs with ticks and flies. Then you will spend hell lots of money with doctors. I found him absolute fraud dealing with him when I have asked him the reason for giving such infected dog. Then he will stop picking your calls. If you want a dog with high price for just a couple of days then go and buy from this lier else stop visiting the place. I gave my dog at free of cost for adoption due to spreading of infection at my house and as per the advise from doctor (dont show his preferred doctor). Murthy - STOP cheating peoples with your fraudulent mind and infected dogs. All peoples money are heard earned and not like yours with lie and fraud.

Murthy behaved real arrogant and this is strictly business for him. The helper was nice so we waited 1hr to see Shih tzu puppy that Murthy brought. They didnt look healthy or purebred. When we pointed it out he threw the puppy in the cage, which he was holding by neck skin. And walked into the room inside. We left the place immediately. The recent reviews make sense now. Our experience was even worse.
