Excellent customer service from Sandarsh and his team. He was very quick with responses, showed me different breeds, answered all my questions and got me connected to a good kennel as well. After getting the puppy, his team went with me to the pet store, helped me get all the supplies and patiently explained everything from feeding to vaccinations to me. Also, he kept in touch after the I got my puppy and helped me with the KCI papers 2 months later. Plus he is always reachable on call for any questions always. Reducing one star, because my puppy was quick sick the 1st one week with a severe infection in his stomach(something I cant have known while getting the puppy).. which is something that he/team should check before handing over. Overall, very satisfied and definitely recommended.

Our family was planning to get a pet and I was looking at various breeders for a Golden Retriever. Spoke to a couple of them but they were not allowing me to come see their kennel or choosing a pup of my choice. All they would say is that we will send pictures/videos on Whatsapp and I would need to make a decision based on that.
