Very friendly staff and by far the best quality of products I have seen,Other stores sell some bad quality products even with premium brands like royal canin, etcThe couple who run this store are super friendly and ensure you get what you want for your 4 legged little friend.I must share this experience which really made me a loyal customer to pets kingdom.During the first lockdown of covid, my pet almost ran out of food due to my negligence, but khusboo(who runs pets kingdom) came along with her husband to my house and delivered the food amidst all that was happening.And not that I asked for a huge order, it was a small order value of 1000 rupees.This really moved me because they gave importance to my problem of not having enough food for my pet more than anything else.Highly recommended place.Also FYI, there is an adopted cat near the store which is a sweet heart and a treat to your eyes.

I had spoken to Naveen and he seems to be a very bad customer service person, not sure if he is owner or just an employee.He told me that the MRP for the Drool Focus Food is different from what is present in Swiggy and demanded that I pay the difference. I asked him why he didnt update it in Swiggy app his answer was that every customer pays if there is a difference. The amount is only Rs. 50/- but his attitude and rudeness over the phone was very alarming.I am not sure if this is the way they con people but I would suggest that no pet owners go this dreadful place.
