Its the place where u get everything for pets... Few things where u wont get in Amazon and online store u get here with far better price than Amazon... Service is very good... Doctor is also available here... They give good puppies... I took one lab from them... Cost is good and quality products...

The owner is very helpful in settling all your pet related queries and also related to their food, vaccination. They have all the pet supplies you can think of and plus they also have a vet clinic just attached to their shop.

I had the worst experience with my dog with his grooming. We had to tell the guy how to cut his hair and which all places. And then he even gave my dog bath with cold water. Who freaking does that in winters. And they charged me 2k plus. Like dude i checked another place and they offered more services then this shop did. We had to walk also inside some lane to get our dog groomed. Im not sure if he even gave a proper bath.

They are robbers. Do not visit this store. I lost my ray ban glares in the store. The store owner declined it and then when I asked for the cctv camera, the camera stopped working apparently. DO NOT VISIT THE STORE!!!

SCAM in the name of dog grooming! They will take your dog to a different location. Where they will not allow u to be along with the dog. If you insist they will allow u for sometime. Then they will request you to stand out for sometime and close the door saying that the dog is getting distracted. Then after sometime they will open the door and say that they have given the bath to the dog. Which you can easily make out that they havent. Some people will accept and pay the bill and go. And if someone raises the voice they will not charge the bath bill. The person called Madhu who is the dog groomer isnt competitive. My suggestion is that they can be considered for dog accessories bit not for dog grooming. Also for the dog accessories you can check out other shops for the better pricing. Very Disappointed. Though they did not charge us the bath bill since we complaint but our purpose of taking out time and get the dog grooming done was failed. Thats unprofessional too.

Never had any issues with Pets Inn the past 8 years. Staff have been cooperative and helpful. Doctors have provided appropriate care at appropriate time. No complaints from my end.

Terrible service and very rude to customers!- Once the lady there didnt let me step inside. She blocked the doorway before I could enter the store and asked me what I wanted. I buy litter and food from there regularly and yet the woman didnt seem too keen on letting me in. Who behaves this way? On another occasion she also tried to charge me extra on a bill than she had already accounted for on the calculator.- The service is terrible. Asked for home delivery twice. It didnt reach me both times and had to pick it up from the store the next day. All complaints to the owner of the store are ignored and instead he makes excuses and acts like he is doing the public a favour. Attitude like this from a store owner can definitely not be tolerated. Have informed all of my friends and relatives in the area about the same.This shop is the most convenient for me in terms of distance but I would rather choose anyone else to deal with rather them. This review is based on multiple visits there.

Store has got A-Z pet products. The price is expensive and there is no discount or anything. Also the shop is very small you need to circling around in the same place to grab things . The product quality is good and also the shop owner have a knowledge on the pet medicines and also they can arrange dog if you are trying to breed.

Poor service and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. This shop has been around and they have clearly taken this for granted. Like someone stated, maybe they have their (few) regulars and thus they feel the need to shun new or potential customers away.I dont like the looks given by the lady behind the counter, clearly rude and judgemental in her ways nor the lax attitude by the owner toward such issues. Probably the only person who deserves some credit here is their son who handles the shop well and is knowledgeable and quick to respond.They really need to understand that if they take the customers for granted, then customers are going to take their business elsewhere. Hopefully they pay heed and improve service.

A great place to pick up stuff for your pets

Its a small vet clinic but the doctor is experienced. i went as my kitty got hurt and with the doctors advice my kitty recovered soon.

Completely poor in terms to customer dealing. The wierdest part is d lady shouts all suddenly while speaking. Wont go there again coz honestly theres no satisfaction in buying goodies for somebody u care aboutso much. My total purchse was 1300rs n she wasnt ready to give evn a slight discount on anything. Weirdo n grandiose she exclaims there r too many existing loyal customer that she completely wants others to shoo...aaway. i had sme really ufff experience today; unbelievably upon swiping the card the edc displayed transaction successful. Yet again she so eagarly wants me to swipe it another time coz the slip didnt cum out. These nuts had to finally be shown the msg on my mobile for bailing me out.
