Awesome place to get food, toys and all pet related things. They also have few species of tamed and wild birds, cats for sale. One can spend time bird watching as well. There is a cute macaw which can say hi and hello which is really cool.Prices are tad expensive and thats why 4 star.

So this Is what happened.. End of August me and my husband had visited the store to buy few aquarium fish... we fell in love with the kittens which they had kept inside the glass door and decided to buy kitten instead of fish.. We particularly asked for Male kitten as we already had females in the past.. we fell in love with a ginger color semi doll face kitten and we were told its was a male. With that excitement we fail to check if the kitten is male or female.. 2 days later we took her to the vet for vaccination and was told that its a female kitten.. we called the store owner and complaint.. he said it is a male kitten and asked us to bring the kitten back. He refused to take the kitten back or give any male kittens. Its been 4 weeks now we are treating the kitten with fungal infection and it has lost its complete fur and it doesnt look like original persian kitten.please check the quality of the pets before buying

Good owner and staff. They give u good discounts . Have been buying my pet food here from last year. My regular guys who gave no discounts have shut shop after the covid lock down last year

Variety of products is definitely good. But service is pathetic. We purchased 2 Medicines for our Pet. The card swipe was successful but they claimed it wasnt successful. Truth be told, the paper roll in the EDC Machine was over (they mentioned this later on when we contacted them). Next the second swipe also was successful.When we contacted them yesterday afternoon, they mentioned they would check and revert. No one called back. Then we contacted them again. They mentioned that the roll was over, and they would refund the money and we had to go all the way back to the store. I asked them to PayTm it or Google Pay it. They agreed. This was around 2 pm. Multiple calls and a day later, the amount is still not transferred/refunded. This is one of the worst experiences.I would boldly state that you should visit this store at your own risk.Truly disappointing experience at this store.

Located around Commercial Street currently going under heavy construction, no proper roads, full muddy during rainy season. Whom am I kidding..!! Anyways all Bangalore road are agricultural plots. LoLThe store is big is size, but you will definitely need Googles help to reach there cuz I couldnt see any store board to recognise it.Once you enter you will see that the store is too dark cuz of all the front blinds blocking sunlight and the indoor lights are insufficient and dim. I hope they will get it brighter.They have a great collection of pets for all types of people. Collection includes hen, parrots, love birds, cats, hamsters, rabbits etc..Pets looks healthy and taken cared properly.However I feel they should have a rate card for all pets cuz they said one price over the phone and higher price when in store. The products in store are also not price tagged and I believe that it also to Bill them at different prices.Thats it about it and I believe i dont wanna go there again. Will definitely look for better store that will be more open and transparent to the customer.

Good for pets.. but fishes are limited

Complete shop for my pets needs, I have cats, Dogs and Birds. Mr Shariff is very helpful in guiding and referring the right mix and medicine for my pets. Even during lockdown they did home delivery and there is always a better price than online.I bought my African grey from them and I am happy with the purchase.
