Libra folks helped us relocate our pet Simba from Bangalore to London with so much ease. We very recently used Libra pet relocations services to relocate my pet cat Magnus as manifest cargo from Bangalore to Toronto. Libra pet relocation were extremely helpful and professional right from the get go. I had to relocate my pet cat from Bangalore to Delhi on short notice, and couldnt have done it without Sundar and his team. Air travel for pets feels like a traumatic experience even for pet owners and I was extremely concerned for my cats safety as he had to be transported via cargo and not in the cabin with me. In addition to that, there was no reservation that I could make to ensure him a place on a flight - I was told it was first-come-first-serve. The morning of the travel, I reached out to Sundar who immediately got the wheels turning on this. I had the help of Bernard, from Sundars team, who met me at the cargo terminal and took care of every single bit of work. There are a ton of formalities to complete at the cargo terminal which Bernard handled seamlessly - dealt with the officials, completed the paperwork, performed all the checks for his crate and labelling etc.Most reassuring of everything were all his efforts to ensure my cat was least disturbed during the process and as comfortable as he could be. My pet gets frightened and on edge very easily in new environments and Bernard pulled out all the stops to make sure he didnt need to be moved around too much and could sit in a quiet place. This went such a long way to ensure he wasnt agitated right before his travel.Without their help, it would have been severely hard to navigate the entire process of checking in my pet for travel. I cannot recommend their services highly enough! You can tell this team helps with a passion for pets and not just as a job. Even after my cat had boarded and the flight had taken off, Sundar and Bernard kept in touch until they were sure he had reached Delhi safely and was in safe custody with his other owner. My pet was in the best care, and I would definitely request their services again if I am ever in need.
