This was my second visit, and it was even more amazing than the first one. My 2 year old is not the easiest, but they managed to relax him and turn him into a handsome boy. Will recommend all pet parents to come here.

My shihtzu leg got sprained after coming back from here .. he was walking on 3 legs for 2 days . then we had to take him to doctor ..doctor confirmed its a sprain .. and had to give pain killers to my dog for 6 continued days...Kaveri bhatt claims they r best and nothing can happen to dog .. even after me telling that my dogs leg got sprained. kaveri is asking me may be you could have done something to your dog after going from here 😂😂 bec as per her ,,her boyz will never sprain my dogs leg but i will ..sorry to say but bettr you keep lill less attitude mam when it comes to taking care you failed .. but everytime you will show as if you are the only dog person of the world ..For everyones reference i am attaching doctors prescription too..

They should rename it to crush and bones.Kaveri is kolaveri for your pet and she act’s as she has been sent by god as a messiah and pet owners are devils.We didn’t like the attitude of the Kaveri and the way she treated us as pet owners!!!Kaveri needs a lesson or two(till Infiniti) in customer service.

Best groomer in town... Place is run by Kaveri Bhatt and she does really neat and great detailed job on the hair cut and cleaning. She is an animal welfare activists as well and also has few dogs up for adoption at the salon.

Worst experience of all time regarding pet grooming...after coming home my Shih Tzu has been limping since last three days..upon asking, they refused flat out..and the owner doesnt even bother to pick our calls l..had to visit pet hospital to get him checked as the limping did not get better even after 3 days... Stay away from these careless people..

Love the care and attention the staff give to the dogs. Care is taken to ensure the older dogs, dogs with specific health issues are attended to properly. Kaveri, the owner, is amazing with dogs. Very reliable and good quality service.

The place is maintained very well. It has stocks up your favourite dog and cat food brands.Have a decent collection of pet toys also.Treats like dog chocolates and Pizza are also available

Their grooming service is quite good, but charges are quite high. Also they only take cash for grooming service, not sure of the reason.

Nice store for dog and cats parents. It has a grooming parlour as well for pets.Staff also have good knowledge and they provide good grooming services.

The only place I will trust for my dogs grooming. Kaveri has amazing understanding of dog behavior and has done an exceptional job in training her team too. They are so patient and committed to ensuring the dogs are comfortable and taken care of during grooming. The warmth, love and care that goes into the entire process is truly special. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The young men who run the shop are super nice and very service oriented. They help street dogs when they can, shabhash! The shop itself is very neat and organized. You can find some pet products that are not to be found elsewhere locally. Highly recommended for such a small shop!

Update to owners response: Don’t try to defend yourselves on this. And please read again what I mentioned. There is a decent way to talk to any customer irrespective of the pets condition. If you think you just talked straight and informed us of the facts then I’m really sorry for you. And yes, we’re quite happy for finding another grooming service.Horrible experience. The owner Kaveri is so rude and arrogant and I’m unable to find words to describe her attitude. If you have an establishment, then you should know how to speak to your customers. We have a wooly husky and we took him for deshedding. She said his hair is matted and then started accusing us that we haven’t taken care of him properly, which is ridiculous. His hair is just tangled but definitely not matted. She went on generalizing that ‘people buy husky pups and would never take of them’. How can someone be so rude with others? Even if someone hasn’t really taken care of their dog, there is a decent way of communicating the facts. She then said it would cost us about 7 or 8k for his grooming which would otherwise be around 1.2k! Next day we went to another grooming center and got the job done for 2k. Those folks said the hair is tangled, yes, but that’s common for wooly huskies. That’s exactly the reason why customers take their pets to grooming centers in the first place! We chose to visit this place because they have good stock of pet products and heard that the service personnel are very well behaved. But this lady ruined our experience and would never ever visit this place again. Can’t believe that such people exist even in these times!

Professional and friendly people. What I liked the most was the grooming which they did for my pet. Also would like to appreciate for taking care of homeless street dogs. Great work! Very much recommended!!

This appears to a well managed shop for pets. There a few dogs in the shop at the time of visit. The shop was well stocked. Recommended for a visit by pet lovers.

Kaveri (the owner) is herself a huge animal lover & that reflects in the way our dogs are taken care of at Brush and Bones. I take my 2 babies to her salon everytime they need a bath & they always come back looking, smelling & feeling great! I recommend this place to all pet owners in Whitefield!

No discounts offered on pet food products when you are getting 10% discounts everywhere.. when asked they straight away said they don’t give discounts at all. Very disappointed..

They broke the Jaw of my sisters pet few days back and he is under surgery at this very moment. Now I know why they write brush and bones they will break the bones of your pet with their brush. Keep breaking the bones of our loved ones all the best.

You will get pet related stuff here like pet food,treats,leash,toys,beds etc. It is also a grooming centre so you can bring your pet for grooming.... they provide facilities like bathing, massage,nail clipping,ear cleaning. Good experience .
