My experience had been really pathetic, we completed most of our process ourselves, got a college offer and applied for loan. Finally since we had some questions regarding finances we thought of going for a consultancy. One of my friends suggested SIUK. First thing they said was they wanted to tag the application to themselves which requires us to fill up a form authorizing them as our designated agent and once that is confirmed by Uni then only they will go ahead with any assistance which is OK I guess but since we were short of time and I wanted to get answers of some questions as soon as possible I requested them to start soon and to that we were asked to pay 20k if we want to start straight away. After filling up authorization form and paying them 20k the overall assistance that I received from them was the answer to my one question that NBFC loan sanction letter wont be accepted for Visa and we should try alternate method and seriously that is it. Apart from that there was no other proper guidance or service provided. We thought that at least while filling up the visa application form someone might at least review once, but all they did was shared a video to create login credentials, which we knew already. And later a person called and asked us to go ahead and make the payment. Finally two days before the visa appointment we reached their Bangalore MG Road office to get our documents reviewed, where we met a lady named Pooja who gave below useless comments:-1. Why is loan letter containing all the details it should only be the cover letter?No such communication was done before, I have multiple mails where I sent the sanction letter to Pooja and Bhanu to confirm if it was ok, to that they gave no such feedback. We removed the rest of the loan letter from the documents later.2. Why did you upload your experience letters?We later checked with VFS guys who said its better to upload since we had 6 years of gap after last education so we finally uploaded.3. Do not upload anything that is not mentioned in CAS letter.What about my SOP and CV, I felt those are mandatory documentsTwo days before the appointment she is telling all this when we were constantly in touch with them and there was no such communication before.Finally apart from the loan sanction letter for which we just kept the cover letter we uploaded all the documents that we thought will help the application and we got the VISA in exactly 5 days.So I would suggest everyone to keep your eyes and ears open because these guys are just doing a 9 to 5 job and they dont really care much. May be I got this treatment because I paid upfront or not sure what was the reason because there are many great reviews out there, but my overall experience was pathetic. They just took our 20k and forgot about us, after the day we went to their office no one from SIUK even called or mailed to check if we got VISA or not.I am happy that I did not completely rely on them. Anyways no hard feelings since I got the Visa finally.

I am sitting in Surrey University and writing this review because I could not turn back from doing that due to their PROFESSIONALISM. It is now 5 days in UK and I am forever thankful to SI-UK for this amazing journey and especially my counsellor- Ms. SATHYA. I was initially delighted at meeting deligates of different Universities and then comparing between them with a final focus on what should achieve (career wise as well as financially). I am forever grateful to her and SIUK for helping me with a smooth process overall without much worries as they are open for us to apply with any Universities from Oxford to last ranked one.Note: I have contacted 3 other agencies before contacting SIUK and my experience with others were below-par as they were having a dozens of Universities under their belt and they ask us to focus on applying to these universities without looking at our requirements and career focus. Very poor service. They even didnt uploaded the documents correctly. No assistance in sop even. Counselor were from Bangalore. Can not expect such service.Filled incorrect details.Despite giving all explainations, you all are giving unnecessary reason to hide your mistakes. I still had snapshots of the wrong application which you all had filed, giving wrong documents and filling wrong details. I even forwarded that to your counselor.Please look the matter seriously, it would be good as you all are dealing with carrier of student.
