One of the best housing societies on India and I dont mean that for its amenities. The people are so wonderful here. They not only celebrate a festival together but support each other in unfortunate events and death too.

Lovely place to live... Not too far from main Bannerghatta road but very far from city and Bannerghatta traffic is bad... If you like to live around flora, lush green surrounding with excellent amenities. This is an excellent place

New appartment complex. They slow in doing things. As people started occupying the place still they have provided basic amenities like electricity. Water etc

GR does not have any good reputation now a days. They sold a flat recently in jambu savari dinne called GRH and did not provide the basic amenities like parking, water etc even after one year of occupancy there.More than 200 families staying in GRH but car parking is not provided. GR sold the flats without informing the buyers that there is not enough parking slots. Apartment lacks 35 parking slots. Now GR is trying for various options including puzzle mechanical parking. Most of residents are staying there for more than one year and still they did not get car parking!!!When this was asked by residents GR says it was part of sanction plan. But sales team or GR did not inform this to buyers. They just highlighted the pros and kept hidden the cos.GR sold flats in GRH without informing buyers that there wont be any water tank at the top. They have something called as hydropneumatic pump system where motor keep on running and push water to all taps. But this keep on fails and water will not be available in flats then and there and this is obvious to happen when pumps has to run 24/7 to take up the water.The apartment GRH is designed in such a way that the water pipes from terrace and balconies are opened to the walking track around the apartment. Hence always the floor is wet around the apartment. Even soap water from washing machines also pour into the walking tracks. Residents keep on complaining but GR take zero action.The STP in the apartment GRH has lot of worms then and there. Residents keep on complaining but GR do temporary fixes. And even the STP water will not be available in flush then and there.There are totally four towers in GRH. And there is only one lift operational in each tower. Other lift is just for display purpose. It is very inconvenient for residents to climb down all the floors(16 floor in each tower) when the lift is not working. Once again residents keep on complaining and GR gives pity reasons like sanction is not given etc etc.And this is how GR do the residents over there. They sold approx 220 out of 256 flats and still not able to provide the b basic amenities like parking, lift, water. GR had a good reputation once upon a time but they lost with their recent project deliveries.If this is the case of recently delivered project by GR, then the prospective buyers should think before proceeding purchase of apartment from GR.

Very far to metro

Anyone purchase a flat after looking into the projects completed by the builder in past.Many purchased flat at GR Heights after seeing GR Lavender.And those who are planning to purchase from GR Regent park should speak to the owners of GR Heights-the last project did by GR in JP nagar 8th phase.As clients we should not allow builders to deliver something in one project and go and try to sell another apartment and then repeat what they did in last project.I saw the builder was questioning the intention of a guy who posted about GR Heights here. Does that mean only owners can come and rate and comment here? Did the builder questioned the guys who put 5 star here? That too without a single comment..?I am aware of the issues happening in GRH since my cousin bought a flat in GRH and I was also planning to purchase but backed out after listening his stories in 6 months of stay there. The parking concern mentioned in other comment about GRH is true. Builder answered that they submitted the plan at BBMP.Yes agree. But was it communicated to the buyer that there will be mechanical parking? Answer is no.And why was the parking not allocated to the owners after one year of occupation also? Builder has no answer on it.And the builder claims they are not starting second lift due to maintenance money. Truth is that they did not get necessary approval from authorities. And if the owners are requesting it continuously and not worried about maintenance cost why GR is worries to start it? Maintenance is paid by owners and not by GR.These are lame excuses.And recently GRH they gave swimming pool opened and it is not in usable after few weeks. The motor used and the filters used are of cheap quality. Either the guys whom GR given pool maintenance is not maintaining it properly or the mechanism used for making and the equipment installed for filtering water are not good.Even the diesel generator seems to have problem now. If the power goes off then generator is not working. Reason is generator is not taking back up. These are the kind of equipment GR used in last project which is failing just within one year of usage.And what? GR guys does not answer any of the questions by owners on route cause for any issue, what action was taken to rectify it and just do patch up work when something fails and next time the same issues are recurring.The above issues are mentioned here to make prospective buyers to understand what GR has done in last project which was delivered just one year back.The number of issues in GR heights is quiet high(In fact there issues in each and everything). Make sure to think wisely before going with GR regent park.Request GR guys not to come and put lame excused under my comments and question my intention. Like how you have taken the 5 stars here without questions and comments take this also. At the end this is result of the pathetic service you did there.

Floor plans are worse and small size compared to the prices they are quoting. Not worth to invest.

Pretty spacious 2bhk and 3bhk. Nicely constructed. No woodwork, kitchen fittings though. Locality is good. Just lake proximity needs to be evaluated though it seems they already have OC
