Good place to work but candidate selection for freshers need to be skilled. Noted freshers being in maintenance are completely unfit. Recently boarded female candidate fresher in healthcare from Vellore, Tamil Nadu have completely no idea about technology and professional etiquette. HRs please find the recruitment drive for better skilled candidates

Genpact is good multinational company. This one is located at sukriya Park in electronic city phase 1.

Entry and exit is really tiresome on the first visit. Well furnished and friendly interiors with a lot of green space. Ample parking available inside. No parking available outside the office

This place is very awesome and will have peace. Good infra structure and have 2 lifts. People are so friendly and u will have shops in front of the company. Good and enormous parking facilities and huge cafeteria too.

A good place to work and many of the employees are almost lifers here, which is a testament to their ability to retain. It is a process company so services aspect is big, please do not hop in if you think this is an experiment in your career. Rather one has to be ready for an experience.The electronic city office is a delivery center and so may not look glamorous like other tech parks but it houses some of the good minds of Genpact.

This place has a high security ,building was good with cafeteria,restroom.The requriters are so good in handling us but they take lots of time to start conduct the interview and there are lots of bio metrics all around the campus.

Its a MNC company which provides services. Employees are happy to work here. Work from home facility available here. Most of the employees stay here for more than 5 years and above.

Genpact electronics city building is located in Surya park. This building is just a few minutes walking distance from the nearest busstop. The electronic city busstand is also near. This compound has parking space just enough to accommodate employees vehicles.

Nice work environment and ambience. Location wise this branch is good. Other two branches of Genpact are in Belandur and Pritech Park.

Poor management. Managers thinks they are Gods gift. Worst hike. Buttering promotion. No competition to market salary. Not good experience in my 7 years tenure here. I dont recommend the company for anyone

One of the most employee friendly company. The flexibility given by Genpact is great.Work culture is good.

Pathetic Management at Bangalore. Zero governance ! Totally agree with certain other persons views here of people who have become Managers and now believe they are gods gift to womankind..Customer satisfaction, compliance, gender diversity seems to be a thing of the past. People, yes there are better organizations !

Nice for engineers.My wish was to get job there.It is situated at heart of the city. There is a famous Fortis hospital and garden near it.It is on the way to Gaurav Towers which is a hub for youngsters where you get a lot of outlets for shopping be it accessories or clothes or eateries (GT). It is besides World Trade Park.

Went for an interview scheduled at 11am but had hundreds of people outside the gate waiting from 10am in the morning to 6pm in the evening under the scorching heat for hours to together without any proper response from the HR team or management. Utter negligence , lack of humanity not even some shade was provided for all the candidates. Kept outside for hours. Interview started late in the evening and the one HR person in particular had an attitude like he knows it all and did not use appropriate words infact unprofessionalism at its best.. If He really thinks he is a i know it all person Id say he should keep it with him because his knowledge is half baked as his bald head
