There are 2 blocks, 15years old and close to 300houses. The community is close knit and very active. In adequate parking, bad plumbing and troublesome lifts that are often under repair are some of the problems this apartment faces. The location is convenient with easy access to shops, hospitals, the airport and the cbd. There is a play area for toddlers but the building lacks amenities and play areas for older children.

I am looking for a flat in the building to rent. Any flat available?
