.My experience with Columbia Asia hospital , Hebbal was excellent.. September 13th I was admitted there for hysterectomy.. next day after surgery I got discharged..And happily left to home.. It was very good experience...Dr Shafalika is an awesome doctor, whom I can recommend to anyone..The nursing team ..they were excellent in their service, which provide me good comfort during my hospital stay..,Front office staffs, operation theater team ,house keeping staffs, billing department and cafe team were also very good in there service..I felt a homely atmosphere in hospital..

Yesterday visited hospital for covid vaccination , the team who take of vaccination was very good.However when I first approached front desk , the person was so rude , not just to me but with everyone who reach her for some details she gave very rude reply . Never expected this from a hospital like Columbia Asia . May be end of her shift ...not sure . But it was bad experience for me

We had a neat and a simplified process for the COVID vaccine for our entire family. The attendants Ms.Sohini and Ms. Anindita were helpful in procuring the respective first vaccine certificate from the cowin app seamlessly. The nurses who are also our early contacts at this hospital Mrs Suja and Ms.Nimmi gave us a fine experience. Take the opportunity to thank these God sent angels during the pandemic times.

I visited Columbia Asia for my second dose, there was some hassle in the beginning which was quickly sorted by Anindita and Sohini!I was able to get my second dose without any issues and I’m happy with how they helped me through this!

This review is regarding their comprehensive health package- 40+ years female -Charged 6500 rs.Basic tests like electrolytes and blood urea not included. Had to pay 1000 rs extra for that.Dental screening was not done as doctor was not available, even though it was part of the package. No deduction was provided for the same.Pap smear was not recommended as my mother was 60+. When asked then why is it included in the package, no satisfactory answer Was given. Again no deduction was provided for the same.I strongly suggest the management to come up with a senior citizen package like other hospitals rather than clubbing them with 40+ females and charging money for tests which are not recommended for that age group. Its basically cheating the customers.Other than these, the remaining tests were smoothly done, breakfast was good and Dr Umesh explained everything very well to us.

Apart from doctors.. rest of the crew are bad at serving needy.. they had misplaced prescription and after reminding twice it took 40 mins to find the prescription and another 20 mins to provide meds.. all this while, not a single apology or responsibility from the pharmacy.. Looks like they only want to make quick money but not provide minimum service. Be ready for long queue n unnecessary delays when visiting them.

They are doing day robbery. You pay and visit the doctor and if you just want to show the reports next day, you are again asked to pay Rs.250. This is ridiculous. Their phone is always non responsive. Instead of just collecting money, please focus on some basic service.To enquire whether my reports are ready, I have tried 5 times and till now no one attended. If its collecting money they will reach by any means and there will be no limits on using technology to reach us. But providing service all barriers will be place. Worst Worst worstPROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FIRST TO COLLECT HIGH SERVICE FEE.

The procedures for Vaccination is straightforward and easy.First, you have to fill a patient form.Second, pay the bill.Third, go to the vaccination counter to verify your identity & collect the token.Fourth, wait & go to the vaccination room to get vaccinated.The behaviour of everyone is good & professional.Only one feedback:I got vaccinated from room no. 28 on ground floor. The room no. is given on a nameplate placed on each door for the respective rooms. And the no. is typed in such a color that it looks camouflaged & cant quite visible from a distance.If the numberplates of respective rooms are placed above each doors, with bigger fonts & contrast colour, then it would be more visible from far.Although there are helpful staffs roaming around to help the patients as usual.

I had a very good experience though it was my first visit to the hospital. I had been to get vaccinated for myself and your entire team made me feel at ease starting from the entrance until I exited the premises. Each and everyone i came across was very accommodating, humble respectful and polite, the hospital itself was maintained a very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Overall I had a outstanding experience even though it was a short period of time.

The hospital has provided aphone number to contact the consulting Doctor.However, the calls do not go through as the number is barred.The other number on the website goes through but it disconnects and again you have to dial and wait for your turn.I requested for a pdf version of the prescription to be given as the earlier report was on a different file format. The person attending to me asked rudely to suggest a solution to the problem. Although she promised to send the report in pdf format, I did not receive the same.I finally got through to the video consultation team and they helped me out.While the nursing staff was good, the interface with the public needs to improve.

Went for knee pain for my mom, had to shell a lot of Money but the problem didnt get solved. Consulting, x ray, physiotherapy, etc was done but of no use. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I had opted for hotel quarantine package as my family and I were diagnosed with Covid19. In hindsight I have to say it was the best decision as the facilities here were really good and the staff were extremely cordial. With the excellent diagnosis and treatment we were discharged within a week having faced no complications. To those who are considering it I would definitely recommend.

4 members from my family have admitted and taken treatment here for COVID-19. All of us were recovered because they treated us very well. Doctors are well qualified, experienced and staff are well trained. Really one of the best hospital I have visited so far.

In 2007 when I had met with an accident I was taken to Columbia Asia hospital and I must say the treatment was so effective that I was able to walk and recovered within a month. Thank you. I just wish that emergency patients be given treatment as early as possible and save the lives be it rich or poor. Life of an individual is important than any money!

The consultation fee is exorbitant. Besides every other services are also expensive. It is a hospital for upper class people. Middle class and retired people cannot afford to tTo think of this hospital. At least retired people should get discount of 25 percent..

For any review, they give a standard copy paste answer. Pathetic.For my last review, Dr. Kshama, Customer Care Manager had called and I literally wasted one hour explaining everything after which I never got any update from her.Thats it, she is paid to call for any negative comments to make you feel like they are taking care of your feedback but nothing is actually taken care of. The Doctors attitude, staff behaviour, daylight robbery and looting continues indefinitely.But Bad Karma will definitely catch up soon.

I hospitalized my mother for renal issues. Prior to Columbia asia, I had been to several hospitals.This hospital has been the best to approach so far.Firstly , the main doctor we consulted was very clear with our issues and he gave a very good explanation about the treatment (patiently he heard the medical history and made a note of those). After 2 months of review (OPd) We were advised for admission due severity.Second, insurance department, very polite (specially Ameer, Chandra and nandini) so neatly they explain the procedure and guided me from day 1 till discharge.Next, nursing in the ward, many nurses specially Neethu in LDR department, and almost everyone were very professional.Jayasheela madam also very kind in taking the feedback and ensuring the issues are fixes immediately.IP department very kind.Management, facility, housekeeping everyone are very profession and things went very smooth until our stay.I would definitely recommend columbia asia as they are not like any other hospital (atleast few) who will loot money and scare us. They charge reasonable as per the treatment.Their followup system is excellent.If we trust , certainly we are benefited. Thanks to whole team of this columbia asia.

On 26nd August went to take 2nd dose of vaccination....Its very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Miss KALPANA assisted very well and taken good care towards patients. Overall experience is satisfactory...mainly they welcomed patient with greeted smile...

Visited recently for vaccination. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. One person even asked us for feedback while we were sitting down after the shot. Not much crowd but still there were people gathering close at times.A few points for improvement:1. Keep markers to remind people to maintain distance. Since most visitors do not have the sense to do this themselves, they need to be guided to do so.2. Put up some signs directing people of the steps to take (e.g. register first, then get a token, etc...) with clear directional arrows to guide. There can be signage or arrow signs starting from the car parking areas and main entrance.3. Design the stations in such a way that entry and exit is separate to prevent criss crossing of people.4. After getting the shot, we were not suggested to take any medication in case of any fever like symptoms or body aches. We only later found out that in some places medication is not only suggested but provided after the shot.

IT WAS TRULY A GREAT EXPERIENCEIt was good being in the hospital. The service they have provided has been excellent. Surroundings and atmosphere around the hospital was good.

Very good service when I recently visited Columbia Asia hospital recently for vaccination. I was very well guided by Mr Dinesh in the department. He helped me in terms of billing and registration.There is no long waiting time for vaccination in this hospital.

I had taken both my mother and father here for their COVID 19 vaccination and was very pleased to see their efficient vaccination drive. It was conducted smoothly and was overseen by Dr Kshama who was incredibly helpful in organizing a seamless process for my parents. The services at the hospital were fantastic and we couldnt be more than pleased with how the drive was conducted overall.

I have been visiting Columbia Asia Hebbal since 2008 (around 5 in-hospital treatments). I am sad to say is not the pristine hospital it once was. While their services remain overpriced as compared to market, the reception and lab staff remain as amenable as ever, but the quality of care has significantly deteriorated. I have been admitted recently for a dengue treatment. And while the process of treatment was going on, the sound in the hospital seems to have increased multifold, the beds and equipment are broken, torn, dusty and worn out. The care is laggy and regressive. Nobody responds to the nurse call button, the attendant (whose bed is damaged) has to run to the nurses station frantically for everything. The doors are perpetually kept open, even when the noise of people loudly walking around the corridor is deafening enough to disturb the mental peace of the patient.Kudos to the increase in the quality of life of people to achieve good healthcare, but not so much to the staff who could not keep up with the demands of the world.

I want to thank Mr. Sri from Columbia Asia Hospital for taking care of the technical glitches I was facing getting my vacciantion certificate - he was incredibly patient and helped resovle a problem that would otherwise have taken weeks!

With out examining patient condition, medicines are drafted in the report. I did questioned, the answer was its the standard medicine for all..Later, feed back has been given to customer relationship team, confirmed that this will escalate to related teams to look in to..
