Freddy was the person whom I contacted to get the tests done for my mother. The sample was collected on time by the Aster lab personnel at home. The service was worth the price and reports were sent to us on mail within a few hours. I would recommend to go for it for best service.

Pathetic service ! Pathetic Staff !Went there for 2nd dose of vaccination on 4th october . Person at the billing counter took 15 mins just to make the payment and generate the bill . Staff is not good , go somewhere else , avoid this place .

I booked for corporate annual check up package after seeing positive reviews. But it was very disappointing, there are no basic equipments available for basic tests in this center, they suggested me to visit another center for some tests, looks like only blood tests are done here. No 2D echo, no ultra sound etc. I travelled 10 kms to this center after seeing positive reviews even thought there are couple of good labs are available within 4 kms radius from my house however I had to return without doing any tests as they do not have equipments for some basic tests like 2d echo and ultra sound etc. If you are going for full body checkup strongly not recommended to visit this place otherwise you will end up with roaming multiple places and log of time waste. May be just suitable for blood tests which can be done in any clinic. So overall not suitable for any tests.

Had been to Aster, Manyata for Covid vaccination for my family members. The entire process was smooth and was completed in a short while. Special thanks to Diana and Tony for explaining the process in detail and helping me complete it.

Recently I did some medical checkup through Aster. They did home collection of sample. Right from the beginning of placing request, sample collection and providing report employees were very professional and helpful, especially Ms jeevitha who handled the call and later on helped on report related issues.

I had been there for the Covid vaccination for my dad - senior citizen. The process was smooth and quick - hassle free. Good hospital in the neighbourhood.Only grouse that it is located on the first floor in Manyata premises and wheel chair facility was a problem with no attender in sight. Though you have lift facilities for the elderly, getting my dad from the parking to the lift via wheel chair was problematic. I dont think they have thought about this aspect while designing the entry from the parking especially when you have to lift the wheel chair to cross the rain water drain system :-|.Aster folks - pls. look in to this to make it patient friendly.

Went here for vaccination. Entire process was very smooth.I had to wait for around 10-15 mins as they open the vial once there are 10 people present for the particular vaccine.

Very happy with Aster home services. Freddie arranged and managed scheduling with pleasant interaction and Riyaz showed up on time each time and was efficient. We had RTPCR and IgG/IgM tests done. Aster labs was prompt in e-mailing results as promised. Overall satisfied customer 🙂

It is Inside Manyata business park. There is parking space available. Less waiting time. I took vaccine dose and for my dad. Booked using the cowin. Administration is smooth and no hassle. Helpful staff. But the policy of waiting for 10 people to arrive for a particular slot may be hassle for elderly. But for younger generation not a big deal to come for the next day. But, consider administering the vaccine if there are elderly people waiting if there is shortage of 10 ppl.

Just got my 2nd shot of Covaxin here. Smooth..not crowded. And very systematic. Premises were very clean.

Had a bad experience at Aster Clinic today. I had booked for Covaxin 2nd dose in cowin website. When I went there they said to wait until 10 people show up for the slot. They were vaccinating people who had registered for walk-in but not for people who booked through cowin. I had to complain the same with cowin helpline to get the shot. Worst ever experience. The private hospitals are lobbying the vaccines by giving lame excuses.

Poor staff. Unable to provide an appoinment / details for pre employment medical checkup even after several followup and continuos email for more than a week. Even when i walked in they asked me to drop an email for the test details and never responded for several calls. They should not waste someones time if they are not willing to proceed with the test.

Aster Clinic Manyata is my go to place for any medical needs be it an injury emergency, diagnostics needs etc. Prompt efficient service which has been reliable so far .. a special mention of Freddy must be made. He has always been responsive, accommodative and makes sure I don’t need to look elsewhere for my family’s medical needs beyond Aster !!

Home collection for RT PCR is very well managed. The swab collecting person is good skilled and pro. We didnt feel any irritation or pain. Report is sent within 24 hours by mail. The report has QR code which is a link to download the original report and is accepted for International travels.

The customer care wont be attended even if you call ten times.. You will be in queue forever.When I tried to call the clinic or lab number they wont even hear what you want to say or respond properly. Such a bad service.

The worst ever service I have got from your so called Aster Clinic and the doctors (Dr. Pallovee, Dr. Naveed, Dr. Yasaswini) ... Dont ever cheat your patients in this way where u give a wrong number mentioned in your prescription which will never connect and never turned up for any of the follow up appointments..Though the case was serious and emergency , above mentioned doctors gave wrong commitments which was not expected... This was my first and last worst experience with this so called clinic and doctors...I wasted 48hours and then had to take her to different clinic and still no one from Aster Clinic called back...

I was in home quarantine and all the Staff and Doctor associate with me are very supportive,specily Soundarya , Jothi and Dr Dania and Dr Padma Prakash. Great atmosphere and great co ordination.

I was under treatment for acne, I consulted a lady doctor, intially I had less acne , later after so mcuh treatment, skin became worsen.. it became darker, scars are still seen in ma face, have facial hair, my face became out of shape, weight gain due to which caused because of tablets I took. It even controlled my periods which caused weight gain.. I lost my time wasting going to these treatments.. I am still finding difficult to come out my skin darkeness.. I am basically dusky which again worsen now its kind of medium...Somehow my acnes are cleared with treatment but am facing lots of side effects...Please be careful while taking any acne treatment

I went to this clinic for the Annually Medical check-up mentioned by Cognizant. The people of the clinic are so helpful and dealing is so nice.They will tell you to do some additional test for at least some 2000 rupees . That means if you think it is a free medical check up, then you are partially wrong, as because, finally you will pay some thousands for no reason.It seems they are more into business than service. Instead going there you can go to a good and well experienced doctor by Practo .
