First thing is its a consultation company and do recruitment for the other companies like IBM,HP and Other MNCs.The company situated in the Cyber tech park in the second floor with huge space .The management is okay but they need to improve the relationship with candidates who come for interview because most of the time ,the interview will happen here.When I went for the HP interview they clearly told me about the pay and benefits but never got any response back then.Even if you try to contact ,it will connected to the Receptionist.Could be more better in relationship and also the way of interviewing and respond to them can be more better than now.But even there are other people who guide you in right path and it helped me choosing other company.

I have 12 years of IT experience and I can assure you there is no other worst company in entire India which can compete to the level of these guys. Shame on you HRs at Artech. Just because I resigned and left you have intentionally over deducted my last 2onth sal sal never gave my PF. I left job for business and hence wanted to withdraw PF but the HRs never gave time. After doing few rounds anyone will give up. Such a shameful guys that they wont respond to email, phone,etc. Ex employees just have to give up hopes after few rounds and they feel satisfied after ensuring the PF is not going to the employeeHow sadistic mindset these HRs here have. I worked with them (on their payroll at IBM Bangalore) from 2011 to 2012. Till date I never received an update on how to get my provident fund back from them.the only mistake I did i didnt transfer to my next company. I thought of withdrawing it and these guys made me run around their electronic City office 6-7 times, after which I gave up. I mailed 3-4 times after that never received any update so lost all hopes on it. Thats fine , I really dont care about that but the way they cheated and wasted my time is frustrating. This is a genuine review and beware of their HRs . Dear Artech , please at least pay the people what they deserve, why such sadism of stopping provident fund etc tactics to harass people who resigned and left for better opportunities. Get well soon.

They call you for a interview. Also they mention in the mail, that freshers, low experience can also apply and they will give 35 plus training for improving communication skills and technical skills. But during interview they dont care about your talent and they will simply select the person who has higher experience and very good communication. Still i dont know why the hell they mentioned those things in interview call mail.( Simply waste AF)

ARTECH is No.1 Fraud Payroll in India They Looted my 3 months salary.and Generated salary payslips without money in ARTECH ESS portal. Be were with ARTECH friends YOU dont submit your laptop untill full of salary paid. They Will eat your 2,3 months of salary without shame.

Please do not waste your time giving interview in Artech. They will take your interview, will give immediate feedback regarding selection. They will say the budget is approved. Post that they will make you wait for offer for many days and again they will tell they didnt get approval.I had faced this recently. I was called for interview from a person named Deepa, for 2nd round I met another lady(Forgot the name) and final round was taken by Ms. Priyanka. I was first told i will offer on Monday, which I didnt get. Post that everyday there was some or different excuses what I heard. One day Ms. Deepa was on leave, one day portal was not working, one day Ms Priyanka went on leave, the very next day Priyanka was at client location. Eventually Deepa told the budget was not approved. It was 1st of this type of experience for me. Their process is really ridiculous and not proper. So please do not waste your time.

I have worked with Artech for more than 4 years now and it is a great company to work with, the environment here is very good it is a process oriented company. If you want to achieve a high position in your professional career than Artech is the right choice.

Join if you dont have any option left.They are good until you are working on their payroll. As you are out of their payroll ( either converted to client or resigned) they will cut unnecessary money from your due salary as form of due tax. This deducted tax is also not submitted to Income tax.Their finance team is extremely bad.They deduct unnecessary tax ( like if you joined in january and your CTC is 10LPA then ideally they should deduct tax only for three months salary paid, but they will not do like this.. They will deduct tax on your complete CTC on pro data basis.There is no insurance for family ( like wife and kids )Finance team never replies to your query, you have to send multiple mails like 20-30 mails ( even if you got reply then lucky)One good this, their HR SPOC person is good. They will help but turn around time is very high as they are also dependent on Finance dept for clearing dues.

Irresponsible people. Never take their interview call letter seriously. They will spoil your day entirely. You wont find any interviews going there once you reach the venue.Also, they will keep irritating you till you reach the venue. When you find no interviews are going at the venue, then they will just apologies saying that we had some miscommunication with client and interview panel is not available...Dont believe these people and dont go to any company for interview scheduled by this consulting company.

Im sharing the incident happened during interview. I dont know on what criteria they were hiring . They have conducted 3 rounds of interview in which all the 3 rounds are same. No change in questions or the person who asks questions. We went @ 9.30 am and we returned back @ 9:30 pm . I personally feel i wasted whole day waiting for 2 round and 3 rd round . And they called for 3rd round and asked the same question and told that Im selected and there is gonna be a manager round in Skype the next day . I waited whole day for the Skype call, i i drafted mail to the concerned hr but no response . I tried to contact the person who took the interview . No use . I searched the recruiters on LinkedIn in and sent a message .My only request form artech isStop wasting time of candidates by conducting interviews which dont have a proper feedback , time=moneyAtleast respond to mail as we can look farward to search for other opportunities .Dont try to bluff or give hopes to candidates if you think they are not right fit for the organisationLast and important . Kindly change the recruitment team .These guys dont know how to conduct interviews,Dont know how to distribute work,If a walk-in is going on and it is expected to have bulk number of candidates appearing . They should distribute it in such a way that pannel interview should be arranged . Batch wise .The results are not declared even after final round of interview.I request the manager or top level management to consider my feedback on top priority and assign people who dont spoil the name and fame of the company .I hope to see the artech rise above all . I have put down papers two times as there was no acknowledgement. I am concerned about my health more than all your processI hope you understand my situation and consider it.& HERE IS THE RESPONSE -Gagan,Pls serve complete notice period; so that we can go ensure smooth exit & relieving .Non-completion of notice period , will lead to necessary disciplinary/ legal actions.These are the response from the higher management individualsAfter I recovered from my medication they have sent me email that I have been terminated | And I didnt get my final settlementI am very much disappointed with the experience | they call you million times when there work has to be done but people they hire are treated like slaves

Dont join Artech info system pvt ltd as Payroll company. Pay is very less due to many deductions. After getting hike also take home has increased with 27 RS. Client people are paying per month 29k. But artech paying 16k per month. 5600 is deductions. Deduction are 2 times of PF and ESI.Employee gratuity is 560 rs.

Trust me all the good reviews are fake, join this company to go inside a pressure cooker and nothing else, less employees and apart from that every week 2 to 3 resignations. Work environment is wrost.

Worst company i have ever gone. They called for interview and it was organised properly. Security dont know how to talk to girls he shouted at them and HR(Alan Mitchel) insesitive and irresponsible instead of asking matter ignored and went and supporting him securitu when complained. How can you call it as women friendly organisation when you dont know how to respect a woman.

Highly unprofessional company. Worked on their payroll for IBM in 2012, after 6 months of work, they gave a notice period of 2 weeks for termination. I have not even got my PF till date! Nobody picks up the phone at their office, they never reply to your emails either!

Guys my suggetion is, If you have good communication skills than only you go attend the interview otherwise donot go , because it is waste of time and money also
