After a really terrible experience with my engagement makeup with another person I went to Parul very unsure and nervous as to what to expect but Parul was extremely patient , gave me tons of inputs , listened to my ideas, and gave me tips on how to care for my skin before the wedding and did a trial to help me envision what my look would be like , she also obliged to my request to find a particular shade of lipstick that I was looking for instead of making do with what she has.. the make up for my wedding was better than I imagined and I felt pampered and confident as a bride should feel. Cannot comment about the work which was very satisfying. But who initially seemed a happy artist turned hostile when we found her demanding money by calling the bride and her sister ever so often. We also found her in the venue which was shocking. Even repeatedly communicating that the Google pay/bank server had problems the same evening and we would pay immidietely after the app starts working in an hour.I would recommend her for her work. But work ethics need improving. I wish Parul Khattar very best.
