Hello Guys, This company is closed, Yesterday i have went to this company to the address they have provided for my full and final settlement.There is ntng in the address. i have checked with the watchmen there. they told this is closed for more than 3 months and also he told everyday at least 3-4 peoples come here.and also he told the people who comes to check about this company are mostly saying that they have not paid the salary and they are not clearing the settlement and PF.This is my best suggestion guys. if any one get selected from this consultancy, better not to join with them.

Have given 0 star if able to. Painful company. Got stressed a lot. Doesn’t pay salary on timely manner. Resigned within 3 months.HR is worstNataraj is the guy in touch with me and he is worst human you could ever meet.No ethics at all.Doesn’t recommend.Shame on people running this company.I hope leader like TCS, Infosys put this company in block list.

This is one of the unprofessional/unethical company I have ever heard of based on the review in the google review and the people I know. And suprisingly TCS use this company for contract employees requirement and Now I am very surprised to know that on what basis TCS make this kind of irresponsible/unethical company as their vendor partner.

This is worst ever consultancy i have seen, for every salary you guys need to followup like begging.When recruitment process is going if i missed one call they used to shout at me but after i got selected one idoit also not picking the call. they have around 10 mobile no in their website at least one no wont work.seriously guys, if you dont want to continue close the company. this is not the professional and you cannot drag like this so long. better i will suggest to close the company and dont irritate all the employees like this.

Please pay the full and final settlement amount. It has been more than 6 months. HR is not responding to any of my queries.

I got relieved from ilabz before 2 years while working time they didnt paid salary properly, after relieving they wont pay my F&F on time and till date they didnt credited my PF amount, every day i raised mail and trying to reach them but not even single person response properly they wont reply for your mail and calls.They wont follow the rules, they always gives fake commitments there no professionalism.

The worst experience I have had with this consultancy, I was selected with the client TCS however, they didnt follow up with the formalities and didnt have any information with the process. Seems like they had same internal tiff with the client but very unprofessional to keep the candidate in dark. Thanks to the client (TCS) and the other member who actually followed up with me and took my profile ahead with a different consultancy.

Dont prefer this Vendor, they will not at all provide u the Salary. They will not attend your calls and they will not reply to anyvof your mails. I startedworking here from 2020 till date salary didnt come on time. And they detected the PF from salary but its not reflecting in govt. Website. If there is a rating in negative i will give that only..

Worst company till now my FNF is not settled. No reply from HR and account team. It been 1 yr my PF amount is credited to my account. I left this organization in Dec and still waiting for FNF. If any chance of raise legal complaint i would like to raise against them.

I have received my last month salary and all PF amounts also .So I have deleted my complain .Thanks ILabz !! I thing we will never meet again .All the best for your future .

Had a very bad experience working for Ilabz on payroll for TCS Chennai. They all are so unprofessional in providing salary and settlement. The real problem begins if your payroll company releases you from your project, these guys would neither provide you salary settlement. They dont pick your calls and wont respond to emails.Its almost been 5 months I havent received my full and final settlement till now. Still waiting. Is there way to file legal complaint?Would not recommend.

Worst company. They do not give salary on time and after leaving the company they dont pay final settlement also.

I have been worked for ilabz about 1.2 years for client tcs, due to pandemic they fired me from tcs but ilabz is not providing any other opportunities except tcs.The work experience in ilabz is pathetic, its been six months they havent processed my f&f settlement.Better to dont join ilabz especially for tcs client.

These people dont give salary on time. Its almost been 2 months I havent received my full and final settlement till now. Still waiting.And I totally understand the pandemic situation. But please dont give covid reasons to people for not giving there salary. Why all delay is from account section team? while HR team has released relieving and experience letter on time. Are you people not giving salary to your current deployed employees to tcs and other clients? I dont think so. Then what is the issue for not giving settlement amount to people who resigned? Also I never got any reply on my mail from account team. I only know Nandeesh from accounts team as per ppt provided to me while joining. This is very frustating process and no reasons is justified here what you people are giving here on Glassdoor.

Worst company ever dont trust there offers, they are released fake offers and kept candidates on hold. Please dont leave your current organization..If you trust this company offer, you should be jobless.

Extremely unprofessional on the candidate front.I was asked to give an interview and did give and get selected.From the time of selection I was bothered to another level to give this and that and given absolutely false claims.I was given the joining date and just for a clarification when I called them a day before the joining date they tell me the project is on hold and I need not come.Can you believe this level of unprofessional behaviour!They didnt even have the basic courtesy to call or mail and inform such an important information.But they wouldnt stop calling when it was their work.Do not fall for their offers however good they seem to be,it is only a waste of time,money and efforts.

They dont understand the difference between vegetable shopping and recruiting. At first, everything is agreed, once you are selected they try best to hire you without any hike or a minimum one.Labour laws are non-existent, only 18 leaves per year with Sandwich Leave policy so they could deduct you salary easily and add to their profits.Take their offer only if you are on the verge of being homeless!

Ilabz technology is near to Silk board. Ilabz is one of the Reqrepment process Office. In this office the employees has to take call to the candidate who are ready to change job by seeing their profile in job portals.Interview process in this office is easy. salary package is less.The candidate who are going to interview in Ilabz has to know the names of job portals and tools in software.

Good place to work and learn many things in staffing and Recruitment.... The work environment, people and culture is also very good and a special thanks to D Karuna, Radha Rani giving this Opportunity to grow and learn under them guidance gathered more knowledge about recruitment in short time and there is no pressure we can work with here pleasant, peacefully!!!!!

Worst professionalism!!!. Please do not join this company. It is more than 2 months, still they have not done my final settlement. I had to lodge complaint at PF grievance as they did not updated my PF balance. The most worst thing is that they will not response your query. I have sent many mails.Please be professional and complete my final settlement, reallocating travel allowance and PF balance.

I was on Ilabz Payroll and working for TCS Chennai, the overall experience was very possitve and I got converted as a permanent employee for TCS within an years time without much trouble.HR people tries their best to respond to your query.Special mention to Dipti Belan from HR for being a good friend and helping person.

Its really very hard to get response for any issues regarding salary ,pf, hr involvement issues.

Guys, Please dont waste your time in applying through this ILABZ. They will offer very low pay compare to others and will never provide you updates regularly.I have really bad experience with them and they are not eligible for providing staffing services.

Had a very bad experience working for Ilabz on payroll for TCS pune. They all are so unprofessional and only want to extract money from their clients and do not care for their employees. The real torture begins if your payroll company releases you from your project, these guys would neither provide you salary nor the proper documentation for release. Would highly recommend to stay away from these bunch of unprofessional people.

I Have done with interview in IT company through iLabz. I’m satisfied with them as they provide very good job opportunities and also they are very cooperative . But I want to know if project will be completed then will iLabz fire me or deploy on another project. My main concern is my job security.

I was just going through the reviews.. and i saw that these people respond to your view.. which is incredible.. 6 star from my side.. as nobody is doing and updating these things except ILABZ LLP.

Very bad experience. After resigning 6 month is over but still they have not resolved my Full and Final Settlement. After continuous follow up through e-mail I am not getting proper response from them.Now I am hopeless for getting my F&F settlement.Its resource management is very bad.If anyone of you have contact no then kindly share so that I can reach them on it for my F&F issue.

Please do not join the company as the HRs are not responsive and salaries are not credited on time. No one picks up the call here, even if you are current or ex-employee. PFs are not credited. I had to lodge a complaint against them for that. After you leave, the FNF is not settled properly even after 60 days, this keeps on delaying with no response from the HR. Please do not go with the decision to join the company.

I think iLabz is a good consultancy. Like all other companies even these people have their pros and cons which are below. But IDK some people here are having false assumptions which arent true regarding certain aspects.Pros:Good client base. Most of their clients are reputed MNCsThey provide ample oppurtunitiesMultiple follow-up calls from their side starting from profile process to request till getting the job confirmationThey will pay u the CTC you ask for. This is an excellent thing they are having.Cons:Communication is not upto mark after joining a client. It often gets delayed. Be it Email or call both are delayed!You are clueless about onboarding like where to go and whom to meet once you join a client. Again a communication aspect which needs to be improved!

One of friend is working in this company, My Friend has applied for Personal loan for his family Medical but it got rejected by ICICI bank, The reason is Company is not Credited Employees PF amount on regular basis. So all bank treated as company is very weak Financial back ground. i suggest if any one want loan in banks, Bankers not suppose to give in this company payroll employees in Hyderabad.

My experience with Ilabz has been immensely satisfying. Pay was good and management was extremely helpful in all regards.Good company to work for as you get to work with good clients in the market.

They will take all your details aarange your interviews , give you offer letter and later keep you waiting and then will tell you that project didnt came and you can search another job. Dont waste your time and get trapped in this fraud .
