Lack of experienced employees and staff! Not interested in selling their goods! Disappointed with their customer service, but wide range of variety available! The management team shout at you for touching their samples and pieces. Went to Peekay Hardware just diagonally opposite this store and was very well explained and catered do!

There is no doubt about Asian paints quality. But the shop keeper, neither is he proficient nor is he of any help. And definitely doesnt know how to talk to customers. Had my order cancelled Because they couldnt give the product in time and didnt inform the non availability well in time.

Worst service and rude behaviour. This store owner behaves as if he owns Asian brand. We had ordered a wallpaper and they confirm to us on the availability and agreed to install by Monday. Then they call after four days and say it would take 30 days to get the specific wallpaper two days before our housewarming and we were left with no option. The owner dint have the courtesy to regret for the inconvenience caused. Very insensitive to the requirements of the customer. Overall a ridiculous experience and highly unprofessional entrepreneurs.EDIT- Haha! At last you cared to respond! Good or bad! :P
