The old one is Under construction. Very rush on weekends around the new shopping complex and opposite to Bustand. Even platform shops are opened and running as usual. Some people are not wearing masks as well. Take your safety measures.

Always a delight shopping at Jayanagar BDA Complex. One place where you will find anything and everything. There are fruits and vegetables, tea coffee and snacks, home decor, kitchen utensils, flowers and garlands, furniture, gift shops. You name it and its there. The spices and small things like happiness can be found here. Theres also a central jail restaurant which is a must visit and go to the Miniso store for some cheap yet quality shopping.

The market has some good options to shop at less prices. You should be good in bargaining before visiting here. I have got the items in 150 what they have quoted as 400. So be smart....

One of the old market and shopping complex. Its situated in Jayanagar 4th block near the metro station. Its has a wide range of items from vegetables to clothes, cosmetics, footwear etc.

One of the oldest markets in Jayanagar and you can see that when you enter the building.There are alot of vendors for different purposes and shopping, art supplies ,spices etc .But from an architects perspective, this place looks like its going to fall down any time there are cracks in the ceiling ,beam and walls...the place is hazardous and its going to be closed down soon and to be shifted to new building opposite to the bus stand.

Not much variety..may be due to corona times.very crowded due to festival times.

Now it became more popular after renovated... Still some work is going. You ll get all your basic stuff here. If you are not a mall person.

It is a maze with lots and lots of clothing, accessories, and other items for both men and women. Though the shops are small, the number of shops are more and thus if the item you require is not there in one shop the shopkeeper gets it for you from another shop.The shopkeepers are tough negotiators, but they do negotiate.Almost all the shopkeepers accept Google pay or any other digital payment.Do not get lost in the maze of shops ;)The shopping complex is also surrounded by a bus stop, and other major brands shops which make this a one-stop shop for all needs.

This is the most happening place near South Bangalore. From shopping in the Street side to enjoying the snacks and sandwiches at cool corner, anybody whos new to Bangalore should never miss the opportunity to drop by.On a side note, if travelling by your own car it can be very challenging to get a parking spot on holidays and weekends

I usually buy a lot of great jute bags from one of the vendor ladies. She is in the fruits vegetables section but sells jute bags. She is easy to find. Just outside the market in front of the water tower.

If you go into the market you can find cool stuff at cheap rate.Inside the complex,things arent that upto the mark or rare .You can find same things at cheaper prices at other markets in banglore.Tip-never buy footwear from there,not that cool and not that cheap.I found a wholesale dealing for bags in the market that day,and it was pretty awesome.

Its one shopping complex thats been there for a long time before any malls started. Its got clothes, bags, electronics, food, flowers and a range of other small vendors who sell commodities for daily needs at reasonable prices. Because there are so many sellers and the pricing of the goods this place is always crowded which really gives a good market vibe. Its cleaner than before and a goto place if youre a traveller in bangalore

Name a thing you will get it here. A boon for middle class and low class as well as some high class who need large quantities in a cheap way.one can get a decent meal in a very nominal price. A great place to shop. But a little untidy that you will forget .

New block has been constructed, but old block is also there. But walking in both the blocks are a bit confusing, as sign boards are not there. Overall nice place chose products at reasonable prices...

However, the old BDA complex i assume is now no more functional and a new one is created just beside the main road opposite to Bus stand. This again interconnects with the old BDAs Railway reservation centre.

Awesome place... just got for some clothes shopping for ur wife, son, daughter or ur loved ones.. u will get everything from western to traditional ... just keep ur bargaining habits ready... at every 200-300 meters u also get people designing ur hand through mehndi they charge depending upon the design.. minimum is 300 for both the hands... u can check any design thru their books or online and tell them they would do it... nice staff.
