Placed the order for some books exactly 4 days ago. The amount was paid online. There is no way to track the order nor to contact these people. They dont even respond to the number theyve given on the website. Theyve also given a whatsapp number to track the order which is also useless and they dont even bother responding to the texts or calls.There is no texts or calls or any other kind of notifications per say from their side even after the payment. Pathetic customer service!not again.

I had worst experience ever in my entire life on online purchase. I ordered a 2edition book but they provided me 3 edition but I payed for 2 edition only which was more expensive than the one they provided me. And top of that instead of excepting and fixing their mistake. They come up with the justification that they have provided me latest edition and this is the better one. And they do not have the book I have ordered for.And when I asked them to atleast refund me the loss i had bear on the purchase of this book. They said we will refund you rs200 because this is the amount difference..but in reality everywhere it is available in rs 2000 approx..I will advise u , dont even think to purchase anything from this untrusted website...

Go to store for MBBS books and equipment for Bangalore and nearby places. Usually all books are available and in good condition. However... The shop is very congested. Nearby metro connectivity is available. They also provide delivery for books, although charge for it.

I had a terrible experience with them. I had ordered for obstetrics textbook through their online website and paid for the same via paytm because that is the only payment option available. Due to some technical issues it said that the transaction was failed even though the amount was deducted. Since then i have been trying to contact them on various numbers and email but most of the time it goes unanswered, and once someone did answer and immediately cut the call. I haven’t received any reply from them. Please don’t trust them for any services and never prepay your orders.

I hv ordered one book on 27 th march. After that one month passed they didt send my book . And fr this book i paid 2070 rs . They even dont picup my call also. Plz dont buy book frm here.

Ordered a book from the website.Awful experience. They charged 65 for delivery and it didnt even show up to my place. The delivery guy was almost 4-5 kilometres away from my place and wasnt willing to come saying location is wrong when it actually wasnt. I had to dunzo it to myself, paying 40, again. Worst part is I got a message and email saying that book has been delivered half an hour before it even reached my place.Books are decently priced on the website, packaging is average too, only problem is when it comes to delivery. Hope they improve on this aspect.
