Great place to live as family. Peaceful and tantalizing

Nice place with more greenery and can find peace as the name suggests. Large place to enjoy from kids to elderly people.

Good apartment with nice amenities. Club house, squash center, gym and library so many of the options. I liked the environment. But I feel like there could be few more number of trees or greenery.Well maintained pool for mens, ladies and kids.

The facilities and the exterior are quite good. However the lighting and the ventilation inside the house needs some work.

Very good Apartment complex with good landscape, swimming pool, spacious lung space with greenery, Flowering plants and good security. Great location, away from traffic and has got a good view from the higher floors. Most of the apartment blocks have 14 floors

Good solid construction by Mantri. Wasnt able to believe it is 10 year old construction

The campus is huge.There are two main gates to enter an the system for gate opening is app based.Once you enter you will find lots of greenery and car parking.Thete are lot of amenities like table tennis,snooker,Library,Swiming pool,Badminton court etc.The thing that was slightly concerning was that the finishing of this apartment atleast from outside was not that great.You could find lots of watermark,Paint coming off,rusted beams hanging outside.Buf the flats from inside I felt have good finishing.There are lot of other amenities like pharmacy,Kirrana store,creche,Restaurant etc.Well I went here as a visitor and was quite impressed.

Tucked away in a corner, it seems a peaceful society with lots of lung space, thanks to the HT wire cutting through the premises. Accessibility to the main road is average.

The apartment is huge and has all possible facilities. The flat are cozy yet spacious. Security is good and theres lush greenery present around. All amenities like hospitals and schools are close by. Turahalli hills border one side of the apartment.

Been visiting this place for conducting Satsangs. Find the locale and facilities quite good. Best part is that the Security here take their job seriously

Its a decent society with all the basic necessities, so you dont have to go far out shopping, gym, swimming or any other things related, theyre available here, also has a good security.

Great place, lively and refreshing atmosphere with abundant greenaries and landscaping, fantastic community with great sense of harmony. Lots of activities throughout the year for all ages. There is a dedicated gym, library, grocery store, recreational area, pool, badminton, tennis and tennis courts, swimming pool, coffee shop and many more. There is an upcoming Metro station within 1km and a Shopping Mall and that will improve the connectivity of the apartment.

Peaceful place.Update: April 2019Mantri Tranquil is almost 10 year old community and is well managed. The common facilities are still functional and the committee here tries their best to keep the place working.Club house is great place to work at the gym or have a god swim at the pool. The Gym is equipped with a weights both barbells and dumbells along with barbell support stand that allows one to lift weights without assistance. Its also includes a aerobic room for yoga and other activities. The club house is air-conditioned.There is a small eatery next to the pools and is a good getaway in case you want to avoid cooking.For walkers/jogger this place is heaven - you could chose routes of varying loop distances - with a max of 1km loop. Its a bit hilly though.Mantri Tranquil probably has the best maintained gardens. I like the view of the valley from my house.Once the Green line is extended beyond Yelchanahalli travel will become easy too.

Excellent Apartments for living, with all amenities you can name. Little far from main city & commutation to Kanakapura Main Road without own vehicle is difficult, Apart all a good society well maintained infrastructure & gardens.

Nice apartment society with all the inbuilt facilities. The only drawback is that it is far from the main market city but otherwise a nice resort like place to stay.

Mantri tranquil is best in location and a beautiful project which is ready to move in and no traffic noises can leave with peaceful of mind and if you say of security services they do there job very honestly and professional services.

The management is old school but the place is nice. 2 stars because the living experience is bad because of the way the management makes decisions on amenities. Insufficient lights in basement parking and new dingy lighting in the elevator areas make the experience somewhat like a budget hotel common areas. It takes months to fix pool problems. Rude management people police you around in parking areas. This place is not cheap, but the amenities are certainly going downhill.

Constructed on gubblala Lake bed. Definite encroachment, possible demolition.Lets untreated sewage into lake. Ppl oblivious and over smart to this fact will face consequences in the future.
