I had availed post surgery care for my father.. They arranged all the medical equipments required for the medical attention at home so we did not had to run around. We have hired for a Care Giver, who is caring and understands the needs. Good support and service. Thank you.

Care N Comfort is very professional and sends the resources based on actual need and circumstances. They sent a person by name Rakesh and he was very good and understood patient needs. he was polite and humble.Care n Comfort does a good assessment of the requirements and sends right resources for the needy.

I am thankful to Arthi and team for giving me support during my difficult times...I got 2 people hired during 2 months of my bed ridden due to bike accident and had my right leg fractured. Her team by name Appu & Deepak were kind enough to take care of me and like to say special thanks to team coordinator by name Dhanush....Thanks to both ward boys and Care & Comfort team to recover. Whether it is only for four hours or 24 hour around the clock, the caregivers are punctual, kind, competent and listen to particular requests for food and privacy. I have been using their service for a few months now. I can really vouch for and count on them. Truly a caring company!! Last but not the least Thanks to Ms. Aarthi she has always been available round the clock to provide support and help me out. Her staff are compassionate, caring, friendly,dependable and most of all trustworthy. Took their service for my granny... Appreciate their commitment in providing someone who genuinely cares for the person unlike others who just come their for the sake of it. The person who was sent was very professional and cared so much for my granny that she started feeling better. Personally want to appreciate Ms Aarthi who was able to arrange for a person to take care of my granny when there was need. Would definitely recommend them to any one who has an ailing loved one or needs care... I am sure these are doing a commendable job.

Happy with Care N Comfort service. I had an accident due to which there was a ligament tear on my knee. This was during Covid lockdown. As i couldnt visit the hospital, my friend suggest me to get in touch with Care N comfort. I explained my situation to Miss. Aarti & she was very understanding & polite. She helped me with a Physiotherapists by name Praveen. He was highly qualified & helped me in recovering. Thank you Aarti & your team for the amazing service.

Who can well understand the patients problem and according to requirements placed the well trained attainder as well as nurse. I am very appreciate and I have referred her so many clients who need a halp for him/her family ill members. Charges for service are very reasonable and very cooperative. I am taking services from past three months where I feel happy to say keep it up. Thank you very much help better way.

This is worst agency. My brother was blind and bed ridden due to kidney issue. This agency charged us 18000₹ per month for their services and 3000₹ non refundable deposit money. I availed their services on August 1st 2019. They sent an inexperienced and untrained fellow from a village to do the nursing care for my brother. He was not certified. On August 2nd 2019 my brother was hospitalised and he passed away after 4 days in the hospital. After that I told them to deduct the payment for 1 day of service and return the rest of the money. They refused to do so. We didn’t get a single penny back. This agency cheated us. Aarti , the lady who handles this agency started ignoring my calls and was completely non cooperative. Moreover they don’t even have a full fledged office where they run their business.Anyone planning to avail nursing services kindly think twice before dealing with these cheaters.

This agnecy is the biggest scam. I had availed their services for my brother who was blind and had kidney complications. The previous review was written by my daughter on my behalf so the information that she provided is factually right. I am writing this again using my own email address so that the public knows that the person writing this is genuine. I availed their services on August 1st and the caregiver provided his services only for a single day. Aarti who handles this agency took 18000Rs on August 1st itself for the entire month of August in addition to non refundable fee of 3000Rs. Due to ill health my brother was admitted to the hospital on August 2nd and he passed away on 6th August. Later, I asked Arti to deduct his service fee for 1 day and return the balance amount. This agency blatantly cheated us and did not return any money. We cancelled the service immediately after my brothers death and requested them to return the balance money after deducting 1 day service charge. Arti was neither considerate nor cooperative with me. She began avoiding my calls and no money was returned to us. They cheated us by taking payment for entire month but provided only 1 day service. Their terms and conditions are very vague and not clear regarding the refund in case of cancellation of service.Moreover the caregiver was not certified in any way and the service was sub standard. I am extremely disappointed with this agency. This is the worst agency and i request people to be cautious in dealing with such people.
