Close to metro station and other facilities like DPS and forum mall.Well open space of around 2.4 acres is provided.Club house is there in tower 1. It has swimming pool,tennis court and a cricket net ground. Best to invest in real state.

Its NOT in bbmp limits. Investing in apartment is ALWAYS a loss. Only banks and builders make money. Have you ever thought what happens to the building after 40 years?

Its under construction. Model 3-bedroom flat is really very tempting. But tooooo costly considering number of blocks and number of floors they ste constructing in that lication. I thought of not going for it. One visit is required if you are planning. I felt one can easily plan a villa at that price, may be slightly far from that location.
