Its a roof top place. Interior design of the place is not good which why it is slightly cheaper than the others in the area. Its located on the 4th floor. Parking is an issue. You will probably have to park on the street. Food is good and beer is fine. The price fluctuates like stocks in the market. You are supposed to order through an app.Overall, a place to hang out with friends but not for dates or celebrating any occasion.

This is a great place for food and drinks. Ambiance of the place is good and the roof top setup is amazing in a cold Bangalore climate. Not much crowded for lunch, but will have a crowds on nights and weekends. Food have a great value to money that we pay. The presentation of the food items are good. Great ambiance and great songs. I really loved the starters, dont forget to try the Nachos and cheese balls. They do include service tax, so before ordering anything just tell them no to include this. We told them about this and we got 2 pint of beers free. Its on the terrace,4th floor and you can feel the wind. The staffs are full of amazing people. We enjoyed this place a lot. Only thing i missed was a dancing floor.

Loved the concept of stock exchange type rated for drinks. They have their own app with the list of drinks and their prices going up and down (as in stock exchange!) And you have place order from the app directly. Drinks were easy on the pocket. Food was decent too. A good place to hangout.

Service was slow. But the ambience was awesome. And crowd also good. They have good and unique bar menu like stock exchange. So overall Bar is above average. But they need to give service little fast. Platter quantity for 4 is also very less. Try their cocktails, those are also good.

Tipsy bull is a good place to hang out. The music is not too loud so that you can talk among friends. The lighting after dark is really pretty. The songs/DJ plays really nice songs. Its an exchange bar so you need to keep track of fluctuating price of alcohol through their phone app. There is a foosball table also. The pizzas are must-try over there.

It is a nice place to hangout. You can get the chill vibes. Place with nice music, chilled beer. This my go to place as it is close to my home. You should try LIT(Long Island Tea) and potato wedges as side dish with beer.

Tipsy Bull is one of the best places in the town.. The unique bar stock exchange makes it a hit amongst the crowd and the food and beverages are quite a decent on price. I live the music they play. Though they dont have dance floor yet they wont stop you to shake ur body and show some dance moves... Loved the place

If you are looking for a pub in this area, it is definitely a nice option. Although the area/lane is not that happening but you dont mind it the moment you enter this pub. Food is just OK. We went to Tipsy Bull-The Bar Exchange for dinner on Sunday. The place is at the open terrace with a very unique concept of ordering the liquor through the bar exchange app with fluctuating prices in red/green like for shares in the stock market. There are huge phones hanging from the top with an intention to call/close your bets like old times.Their staff brought us the awareness once we were comfortable which made us order Cuba Lady, Orange Sunset & Bangkok Sling without any delay. I found the place was serving my personal favorite White Owl beer which is rarely found at times & needless to say, I couldnt resist ordering the same at the end.We ordered Potato Wedges plain & loaded (with cheese) which were children friendly, Coin Idly which were quite different than what we expected, Mushroom Pepper Cheese Rolls which were quite crispy & crunchy, Cheesy Tandoori Brocolli which was found to be quite extraordinary & yummy in tasty. Something out of the box which came unexpectedly was Moroccan Eggs which were very soft & spicey & Lebanese Mezze Platter which was quite well presented too. Paneer stick was quite mild in taste & the crunchy effect was missing in it & Paneer Skewers were missing the skewers feeling, rather was tasting more like a paneer masala tikka.My personal favorite at this place is the Veg Thai Curry with rice which was very well prepared, served sizzling hot & enjoyed :) In the desserts, Chocolate Mud Pai was simply delicious, completely enjoyed due to the flourless lite effect.In all, the place is running the show for almost 3 years non-stop, the ambiance looks little aged out & rusty but the spirit of staff members was found to be high as always & full of enthusiasm to serve its customer to the complete satisfaction & open heart full of love. Paneer tikka was good.

Probably the best pub in Bellandur to hang out or catch up with friends. The stock exchange theme makes it all the more worthwhile coz that way you dont have to mindlessly order drinks. The mocktails are good too. The starters and all pizzas are a perfect accompaniment to the beverages. There are so many veg options to choose from too, which is not very common in most pubs.

Recommended but quantity was less(3) Fiery Dynamite Chicken --> Same as mentioned above. Recommended. Quantity was not impressive when considering its rate. It was also served on a big masonry trowel(4) Masala Photo Wedges --> It was another good option in Veg starters. Wedges were perfectly blended with all spices and was served along with mayonnaise(5) Tangra Chilli Paneer --> Can be listed among Chinese cuisine in terms of taste and look. It was a good option. Recommended but quantity was less(6) Idiyappam with Butter Chicken --> One of the Kerala dishes which we had tried and it was a option in the main course section. A plate contained 4 pieces of idiappams with butter chicken placed on the top of each.(7) Veg Penne Pasta --> It wasnt a good choice. The bowl contained an amalgamation of pastas and tortilla bread and looked white in color(8) Chicken Nachos -> Chicken Nachos was the one which we chose from the bar bites section. The quantity was ample and the taste was also good. Considering the quantity and taste it is one of the good options to choose from. The quantity was good and it can be used the perfect accompaniment to be taken along with the drinks for multiple people if they dont wanna blow up too much amount for food. It was a concoction of mayonnaise, small chunks of chicken and nachos which were fused to form a farrago.Coming to the beverages we had tried the following items(1) Virgin Mojito (2) Berry Patch (3) Nairobi Night (4) Fizzy Kiwi (5) Guava Jack (6) Twisted Pomegranate►Cost:Cost is on the higher side and will pinch your pockets. Excluding the non veg items mentioned above along with Nairobi Night,Fizzy Kiwi we had to pay an amount of Rs 3515 for 5 people.

Its a decent place with roof top seating, food was above avg we ordered Peanut Masala, Fried chicken with nuts,chicken masala nachos, Moroccan eggs etc., Drinks menu is definitely interesting they have an app for bar menu where prices change dynamically based on the demand for drink...so your first drink is cheaper than the last...seating was congested for 4 in a corner table but others tables were ok...the bartender denied the request for change as we had already order couple of drinks by then.
