Excellent service, hands down. Executive club room was excellent, the bathroom was top notch, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and spacious.When it comes to food and service, the service was no doubt first class. The servers were very friendly and quick with the service of food. But when it comes to food, that is where I was a bit disappointed. Although there were good number of selection the taste was above average. Some were really tasty while others were mediocre.But I was would definitely recommend staying here if you ask me.

Lovely ambience. Kind and helpful crowd. Rajendran @ front desk has been really kind and welcoming throughout our stay for two days. Buffet spread was good and they followed strict guidelines on our 1st morning. Next day however the rules were eased out, less people wearing mask while taking food which was restricted for public use on 1st day. There was a designated person helping you with your buffet plate as per your request in day 1.

Wonderful experience , ITC Service standard maintained.Went here for a staycation break being a Bengalurean for a weekend stay, all COVID protocols implemented well.The solution to operate lifts buttons with feet and hand gesture is commendable.Centrally located in the heart of the city and good to take a walk in the night around CBD MG road .Buffet breakfast Food was great from continental to Indian!The rooms were good with nice city views of the CBD.There is a Pool, Gym and Spa Center on the 2nd floor.Pool is closed at present due to COVID restrictions but the size seemed small if the hotel runs full capacity anytime in future.Gym had all the basic equipments and was good quality, dint try the spa so can’t comment on it.Only faced one issue of the room phones not working(which is essential in emergencies as I was on 17th floor ) which must be checked before guests come in but informed the reception in person and they fixed it in 10 mins.

My entire stay at the hotel was amazing. Thank you to the entire staff for providing their best service. I had a complete satisfactory stay.

I used the Spa services at the hotel and my god was it fantastic! Nisha from the spa is a fabulous massage specialist. She was extremely courteous and showed great care while addressing the pain areas in my shoulder. She was extremely knowledgeable too. I felt extremely rejuvenated after my session. The people in the lobby were extremely welcoming and were always smiling. The whole atmosphere was positive.

Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return. The location is perfect, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! WOW. The staff is wonderfuly patient and helpful (dont think any of them ever sleep). Wish I could of stayed longer - next time............

Good hotel. Good rooms and good services. I stayed here for one day. When i called them up for dinner at late night (11:30pm), they served delicious biriyani and sandwich within 15-20 min. Their services are good.

Room service, front desk management is quite nice and impressive. Safety norms were being followed quite well. However, Food in restaurant wasnt tasty, there were less varieties, and it was served cold. Rooms and amenities were not checked before handing it over to the guest. Electric kettle in room was with broken lid and was stinking as well. Health faucet wasnt working in toilet. It was quite disappointing to get this kind of service by ITC.

Welcome ITC is Home away from your home. It was very comfortable. ITC team is also very helpful and having service oriented nature for all guests. General Manager Amandeep ji is also taking care very well for her team and motivate towards customer satisfaction. I feel that my decision to stay at Welcome ITC during the show is really nice decesion.

It felt great staying at this place. I basically spent a week or so in here. It didnt cost me much as compared to the services I experienced. I got a very good deal here in covid times. At that time, I thought it would only be best if I stay at a finely sanitized hotel and I was right, the walkways and the room was literally above my expectations from ITC. Management was just right. I would definitely visit this hotel again whenever I get a chance to be in Banglore again and I would recommend you the same.

The hotel and its location is really good. Pretty close and at a walkable distance from M.G Road, Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium and Cubbon Park.Good breakfast and buffet lunch/dinner options.Rooms are spacious and well air conditioned with dental kits, iron machine, closet, bath robe, towels, etc. provided. Really liked how they had a working table provided near the window with a couch. Bathrooms - well equipped.It was not good or excellent only because I did not like the in-room service, which needs to be improved. Stayed here for 4 nights and we requested them for towels / empty plates / water bottles / empty glasses, etc., and it took us to call them at least twice and took them at least 1 hour before they got these things at any hour or even on the weekdays.Even on the day we were checking out, the buttler service never arrived to get our bags downstairs, even after informing them for the same thrice.

Very disappointed with the service. as we book for 2 adults and 2 kids with 5 and 9 years old. Below 5 year old child are free and above 5 year they charged.Hotel management refused to provide extra bed. even we booked 4 person. how can we manage 4 person on a bed.They are charging extra for the extra bed which is not acceptable by our side. They should mention the same at the time of booking. Even they refused to provide mattress without any charges.Next night they updated my room and also provide extra bed.Miss shiva provide best service and facilitates. Her nature was also very good and cooperative. After updation, we are happy. apart of all these food test was awesome.
