The itinerary was not that suitable for senior citizens like us. But we enjoyed the trip. Pramod driver was superb and very nice and cooperative.Please note that you can customise the trip for senior citizens also so that we can relax.

Hello, Trip was really good..we almost covered maximum places, due to bad weather couldnt able to reach 1 place but thats fine.. Driver Nagraju was an excellent polite person, he drove very safely to all the places, we dint had any issues while travelling.. The hotel where we stayed @Grand Krishna was bit small as comparing to the price.. Overall experience was pretty good.. I will surely use & recommend Trawell.in for my upcoming trip as well 😊

Worst travel agency. Managers dont respond properly and they are not polite...they dont enquire anything properly about the tourist places. They take the payment frst and no proper response...not at all recommended

Mesmerizing ExperienceWe have booked a weekend trip to Matheran-Lonavla through trawell.in for 2 Adults and 2 Kids, It was really nice experience, and the hotel chosen by trawell.in at Matheran was also very good, it was near to many of the tourist points having plenty of amenities like swimming pool, indoor games, dance floor, play area, pool side dining area, clean & neat rooms. The car booked by trawell.in for us was also good, comfortable, clean sedan with polite and knowledgeable driver. On our return journey by Lonavla they have planned for Karla-Bhaje Caves, Tiger Point, Wax Museum, Rajmachi Point. Also the before trip communication made by trawell.in was also very clear, no hidden charges, no surprising changes in tour plan, communication on email & whatsapp made easy to understand, providing hotel booking vouchers, clear instructions, neat & tidy Itinerary were a plus point. Overall it was a great experience.

I was nervous to use a travel agent as I had never done so before when traveling to India. I had also never spent much time in Karnataka. Trawell was fairly responsive by email during the planning stage and we worked most issues out through email. The tour itself was fantastic as my driver was an excellent travel companion. He was a good, safe driver and tried his best to accommodate me when it was possible. I am not one to heap praise, but this was a great experience.

We had a 2N 3D trip and started from bangalore. From the day of booking everything was very systematic. All details which are mentioned in the itinerary goes in the same order. Recommend the driver Mr. Thyagraju for future trips.Only a couple of suggestions:1.The stay at gokarna could have been better (paradise holiday cottage) since the hotel was not serving good food.2. The last day of the itinerary should have been planned according to a tourist spot being open (since Golden temple was closed, it shouldnt have been included from the start only.And thanks to Dev Natekar, (our tour manager) since he was available at the time when needed. He helped to include the spot change from Golden temple to Shravan Bela gola.I was happy with coordination of trawell team and recommend them for their trip package to Gokarna, Murudeshwar and Coorg.

I went on a trip from Bangalore with my friends and we had a great time through out the journey.The driver was very cool and calm and was very helpful and courteous. The stay provided was also very comfortable and clean.All the mentioned details of the package are met and we are very happy and hopeful of future travels with Trawell.

The team has been very helpful in planning the trip and arranging the itinerary. But one thing they could do better. They didnt suggest anything about the choice of dates or places. The places and roads were flooding with people. Our one day plan got skipped because of the chaos of traffic. Even the driver could not suggest to skip few places and go for main attractions. I dont think a company should just blame it on vacations and weekends. A company knows the trend of every year. They should suggest the travellers and could save them from choosing options which may lead to such disappointment.

I booked a 4days golden triangle trip with Trawell. The itinerary was very well planned and the hotels booked were good.I had some issues with the driver.1. Driver was not able communicate in English, as I know very little bit of hindi, I was able to manage.2. The driver was not the local Delhi guy. For me it seemed like he did not know the routes properly and was not able to use the Google maps also well. Due to which we wasted more time on just the roads and roaming the same roads again and again.3. Driver was very comfortable in Agra and Jaipur. He did not use much of maps.Overall it was a very very good trip.. driver was also very friendly and understanding. We had a good time for all the 4 days except the Delhi one 😊

It was good.. RNS residency was average.. Breakfast was complimentary for namesake.. Jade garden Mysuru was the best.. Sightseeing was too good.. Driver needs to have sensible as far as client needs to have a break or refreshment while travelling long distance as children are with us.

I would say, it was an excellent experience and a great trip. It was my first experience to go by travel house but I would say I was correct, we had all things well planned and executed. Well, this review is a long one so dont say we didnt warn you!After initial hesitation, indecisiveness and lot of discussions, me and my Better half has opted for 5 days - 4 nights tour package to Nainital-Kausani-Jim Corbett through Trawell.inWe started off from Chennai on 11th March around 2AM and reached New Delhi Airport around 5.15AM. Trawell has assigned Mr.Shivduth as our Driver cum Tour Guide and he greeted us at 6.30AM. He was Warm, Friendly and did his best to converse with us in English. By the way, since we are from Chennai, arent well versed in Hindi so that was one of our limitation. We have traveled through UP and reached Nainital around 2PM. Once reached there, we are hauled away by a local tourist guide to the spots like Himalayan Darshan, Echo point etc and then we rode on Horse to Tiffin top and Lanes end (We have paid separately for the Horse ride and Local guide).We have reached the hotel around 5PM and it was a reasonable one. That evening and the whole next day, we have visited multiple places like NainaDevi Temple, Gurudhwara, Mosque, Band stand and shopped at Mall road. On 13th Morning, we have started to Kausani and reached there after 4 hrs of journey through rough hilly terrain. Mr.Shivdath was exceptional and ensured that we reached there safely. We have stayed at Kausani for a day at Heritage Resort where the room was spacious, well lit and awesome with a wonderful view. We had a pleasant stay and roamed around the place.Next Morning (14th of March), we have started for Corbett and reached there around 4PM through Raniket. We have visited couple of temples, an Ashram and Kumaon Regiments Museum along the way. We have stayed at Hotel Corbett Kingdom where the facilities are good. We missed out on Tiger Safari so we went for the Corbett Landscape Safari the next morning. It was worthwhile and we have enjoyed it thoroughly. We started back from Corbett, Uttarakhand around 10.30AM and reached New Delhi around 5PM. Since we had a lot buffer time for our flight to Chennai, Mr.Shivduth has took us to India Gate and we spent an hour there taking snaps and selfies. Finally, He dropped us at the Airport around 7PM. Overall it was a wonderful journey thanks to Mr.Shivduth for his excellent driving skills, patience and arrangements done by Trawell.in .Few Things to note-------------------------------Dr. G.B. Pant highly altitude zoo is closed on Thursday so plan accordingly.Jim Corbett Museum is under renovation.Also, please ensure to book the Tiger Safari before 5.30PM IST since they freeze the itinerary / arrangements at 6PM post which only landscape safari is available .**All the above things need to be updated on the trawells NainitalItineraryTravel safely and All the very best!!!

I chose a rather not so popular location, Mangalore but the trip was great. All confirmations were done and the location of stay was well chosen. Driver was polite and hotel stay was good. Good hotels and car but the sight seeing points were not as per the season. None of the waterfalls had water. The khas plateau was dry. Would have appreciated a better guidance.

I booked a 3 day tour package to chikmangalur. The tour was well organized. The primary hotel was not available, but the other hotel booked was good. The hotel and driver details were provided in advance. We also covered all the places.The team can suggest some restaurants for lunch during site seeing because we dont know about that place.

The travel experience was very good. The response for all my queries from Trawell.in team were prompt. Flexibility was provided in terms of Travel itinerary and resort as per my recommendation. The tour was well arranged. The driver was good and was accommodating. The driver had to sleep in his vehicle every day night which was not good. Trawell should have arranged a proper night halt for them considering it was 5 day trip. Hotels provided were comfortable. However post the trip I realised that Trawell overcharged me.

The trip which i went was from bangalore(boarding point)-coorg-udupi-mangalore-bangalore(dropping point). The iternary provided was good and it suits our preferences. The private cab provided was neat and the driver was on time throughout the trip.The overall experience was good. The only flaw i found was the hotel which is provided to us in coorg. It was good but not upto our expectations.

Went on a one-day trip to the temples at Shivanasamudra, Talakadu and Somnathapura in February with a friend. The trip went exceedingly well. In particular, the temple at Somnathapura, my first-ever ornate Hoysala temple, was stunning.The driver was very helpful and punctual. He knew the route well and suggested a hotel for breakfast that was good and inexpensive to boot.I would certainly recommend the travel agency to my friends and am looking forward to taking another trip with them.

We had a small trip to Mysore and Coorg with Trawell. We felt happy in the way that the whole trip is organised by Trawell. Starting from Itenary designing to home drop. The assigned driver, Pramod was very formal and punctual. Overall it was a worthy and happy Experience.

The hotel stay was comfortable but location was little towards interiors. Not suitable for a stroll nearby.Otherwise everything was fine.

Nagraj is a good driver with updated experience of the areas we visited. He was very co-operative and cool on the tour. We were very relaxed and in holiday mood with delayed start times. Inspite of that we could cover the important site seeing points. The car was clean, well maintained, enough to make our rides enjoyable. Nagraj is a safe driver and keeps up the time. However, the shopping that you do has to be at your own discretion. Negotiate hard in every shop else you end up paying a high price.
