Booked Bangalore mysuru Ooty package. Worst experience ever. Missed places mentioned in list. Hotels not as per promised. I would suggest better not to go on trip rather than going with them.

Worst service and staff are very rood ,Un clean office, worst people non of the staffs are using bad words ,We ask enquire bus details they not even answer properly,I never seen this kind of worst bus travel service,Don’t use such kind of travel bus then your travel experience will go bad!

I had booked trip for mysore Ooty package for two days, It was the worst trip of my life time. we have wait and sleep in the bus whole night in ooty from 9pm to 6 am,bus left ooty at 6 am we reached bangalore at 1 pm next day.below points will give u the overview .1) In there brochure they have written all spot Entry charges included,after boarding bus all buses have highlighted note, We are not responsible for your luggage and any entry fee, (unreliable and non loyal)2) Bus waiting times are more in the shopping centre and restaurant rather than site seeing. MYSORE site seeing that was PROMISED1)Srirangapatta Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple 2)Tippus fort gumbus Summar Palace Mysore 3 )Saint Philomena church 4)Chamundi Temple 5) Bull Mahisasura 6)Famous Mysore Maharaja Palace 7) evening reach Mysore Brindavan Garden and night halt at Hotel vyshak International.DAY1We got to see 1,2 (from inside bus),3(skipped),4) no darshan they told to take darshan from outside of temple because we were given half hour 5)skipped 6) Got to see full palace from inside 1 hours provided to see 7) reached late evening around at 7.30pm dark were given 45 min was given in which we took around 15 min to reach the garden by walking on unsafe and dark road (Fraudlent)Vyshak hotel at 11 pm got non AC room. we have to buy dinner from hotel which was very costly.OOTY site seeing that was PROMISEDOoty covering 1)Bandipur wildlife 2) Madumalai Forest 3) pykaraDam 4) ooty botanical garden 5) ooty LakeDAY 2We got to see 1) ,2) from inside bus 3) Skipped 4) they gave only 1.5 hours to visit 5) skippedTHEY LOST MOST OF TIME AT SHOPPING AND RESTAURANT.A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT.

I traveled from Sirsi to Bangalore on 22/1/2019 Route 3 Yellapur to Bangalore, Bus staff was very rude when I put my request window is not closing, window lock was broken and opening completely when bus running, I couldnt sleep and not even sit since it was very cold air, I went to bus staff around 2 am(till then I was trying to manage) and asked them politely if they can help me, they were very rude like gundas and asked me to manage with unwashed blanket, they gave me blanket which was used by cleaner multiple times (as per them) and it was smelling very bad, the way they communicated with body actions made me scary, I had to return without any help rather shut my mouth. when my destination came they didnt stop bus they were like stop and run, and when I was about to get down they were laughing. its unethical and unprofessional.Please do not travel in this travel agency, Im wondering how about if single female travels? its scary and worst travel in my life yet.

Has to be one of the worst tour operators ever. Booked a package for Kanyakumari- Madurai - Rameshwaram.They told us the wrong pickup location because of which we had to go through a lot of hassle.They promised 2 deluxe rooms for 4 people ,instead provided a single room at a lodge in a shady location.The driver responsible for local sightseeing did not even know the route ,lost his way.Beware of them,they will promise you a lot of things before the trip,but they simply dont care once you make the payment.

Very best tourism office .and fares also reasonable .Srikrishna tours and travels office is there.in Mayura HOTEL BUILDIND . Near prashanti hotel .it is very near to bmtc and metrostation .Message and bus delay time updating service is very useful. But no distinction time is not matching as on ticket 2 hour late
