Great place to find buses. Inter city, intra city and other state bus ply. Nearby railway station is the Bangalore railway station. Metro station is easy walking distance. But traffic congestion is inevitable.

I just loved the services of the bus. Its too good. Fast and connecting each and every corner of the city. Along with its cheap too. They also give one day pass in which you can travel whole day anywhere in the city without giving anything extra apart from the pass fee once. As the private transport is bit costly such as autos and private bus. Its transportation is much better than Delhis.

Bus facility is little bit complex, but not a big issue. Hygiene must be maintained..... not enough.

It could have been much better place for people if a little bit of care is taken by the concerned authorities.This place needs to have multiple entry & exit points to ease the choking of the vehicles and and the consequential dysfunction in management of time which is the suffocating reality now.Proper information services should be put into the place which are next to zero at present.Hygiene should be given the utmost priority.

Overcrowded. Signposts are not as good as they used to be in the good old days. Restaurants are unhygienic. Please up the standards.
