Other than ambiance ... Nothing else is worth the stay.... No good food options are available in the morning buffet.... Bland and repeated varieties were provided..

The hotel is located at a good place. Through Goibibo, I found a great deal for this hotel. Mr. Abhijeet at the front desk was very efficient and lent a helping hand at every step. We stayed at the property during Covid. Hotel industry was slumped, and running with minimal staff. Even though, everything was limited; the staff kept us going with tiny bits everyday with full spirit. Recommend this place for small/big parties , for good food and for food staff. Kudos!

Fortune Select Trinity hotel Banlore really a great experience for me ..It is situated in fairfield area IT hub. The office staff is very cooperative they have fixed.me about all the markets of Banglore specially saree market. Waiting area is also a spacious ....When I stayed there the christmas festival is coming on .ao hotel staff has decorated very well. Room was slacious ....But food was not up to mark....But overall all is good.

A decent business hotel with clean rooms and reasonable service. The rooms are slightly old and could do with mild maintenance, however not a deal breaker. For the price, the quality of the place is pretty ok. They have a good breakfast spread and late night cafe. The location is excellent and right on the main road. Overall a good hotel.

Good place to hang with family and friends and love to spend the weekends

Had a one night stay at the hotel and it was very comfortable. There is a bit of diversion ongoing due to metro viaduct construction which makes the entry bit awkward but once you are inside the property it is a smooth sailing. The staff is somewhat robotic and missing the human touch but efficient nonetheless. The rooms are really spacious which gives an airy feeling. Mine was overlooking the lawn which had a family function going so felt kind of happenning. The food portions are generous and taste above average for sure.

This is my 5th attendance to private parties at Fortune. Today only came back from my neighbors birthday party. If the family members are not cautious the service quality regarding frequency of filling food and quantity will be hopeless. Empty counters will stare at you. It has been consistent and myself have always avoided Fortune. The service manager does not deserve to be there. Avoid Fortune for private gatherings. It costs a bomb with inferior service.

Very good stay and a neat place well maintained with really polite staffs. Restaurant food was also very good with both North and South Indian options including others cuisines. Room service was a bit slow though as I had to keep calling. They also have a drop /pickup service which comes in handy for travel everyday. Some confusion regarding entrance as there is a metro construction going on.The rooms were very spacious and ample. Overall a nice stay

Worst new year experience (2020)I had paid 4.5k for couple passes.The DJ was basically The worst I have ever seen, he was just playing beats continuously without playing any kind of song. Basically he was making NOISE. He dint even count down properly for the new year. After 12.05AM, he started counting down.Food was no better, the taste absolutely sucked.Rest room scenes were really bad, had only 2 bathrooms which resulted in a huge line. As expected they were really messy and not hygienic at all.We left at as early as 12.10AM as it was boring and there was nothing else to do.Actual worth Rs500.Please dont waste your money, they dont know how to throw a party.

Went to Restaurant Zodiac for team dinner. It was nice clam place with very good food. Staff was good and suggested good food. There were flies near our table, for which staff couldnt do anything. Better to go post 7:00 PM to have any item from Menu.

Good place! It is a 4-star business hotel in Whitefield. So, you could avoid traffic if the purpose of you stay revolves around Whitefield, Bangalore. Rooms are pretty neat. The interiors of the hotel gives you a feel of 4/5 star hotel. You will have a Gym, lounge and swimming pool (which has been Closed for a few months). They have a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with a decent spread and an okay price. Breakfast is complimentary (as most hotels), dinner and lunch buffet is about Rs. 800/-

I went here for buffet at Zodiac. The choices were limited but it doesnt mean it isnt enough. The food is tasty. There is less staff to attend customers. AC was switched off, I had to ask to put it on. There were flies in the dining area, they couldnt help with it.

The hotel is located on the main road. I was there for 2 days. My room was on third floor. They provide complimentary breakfast which was delicious and multiple items were there.The service is also goodThey did not maintained swimming pool as when I was there, it was barren...Rest all things are good

We went here for office annual party.. They have quite big garden area. Event was organised in garden and it was quite goood. Arrangements done by them and service was good .. food was not that great but was okay. Rooms were also good and quite spacious. Overall good.

First stay at this property leaves a very good impression. Stayed one night during business travel, arrived late from airport to find one of the most friendly check ins from extremely extra courteous staff. Walked in to the room to find it large, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom also was well laid out and not cramped. Overall very good experience.Misses - breakfast was very ordinary, functional but no wow. The corridor was smelly in the day while I was checking out.

A good hotel. In the medium budget range.I had gone there to see it as an option for a wedding that we had to host. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel itself is quite posh.But we ended up not finalizing it as the party lawn was quite dull. The property is on the main road as well as the lawn and you could see and hear all the traffic going on. Plus there was metro construction going on on the road which was quite well seen from the lawn.The staff was ok. Didnt have food there so cant say about that!

Went for a lunch with family yesterday. I went to Fortune Select Trinity after a long gap.. at least over a year.. Many things are still good. Ambience is good. Staff is courteous. Food was also good, but limited spread. What I didnt like during this visit was that buffet refill was taking ages.. had to wait at least 10~15 min for some items. I shared my feedback with the staff and they took it positively. I hope this aspect will improve..

We went for buffet in zodiac restaurant inside the hotel... The Zodiac Restaurant staff was very rude & the very forcing us to leave as we went a bit late for buffet & all...However the ambience of the Fortune Hotel is good & nice place to chill :)

Good hotel but, you know, its like a bubble in the middle of total chaos. Its located in the industrial area of Whitefield, near some big company buildings. Restaurants are OK and bar is algo good. Rooms are big and clean. Daily newspapers for free but Indian ones. Hotel guys are nice and eager to please. Gym is small but enough for running, cycling or for weightlifting. Sauna was not working. There was a massage service but theyre no longer working. Inside the hotel theres a souvenir shop, small but with lot of staff.

Was on a business trip for a couple of days. I found the front desk extremely polite, rooms clean, a bit dated but that doesnt bother me, ordered a burger for dinner which was quite good. Did not try the complimentary breakfast both the days so dont know how rest of the food is.

Nice large rooms, swimming pool is not functional due to metro. Reaching the hotel through traffic is a challenge. Food is costlier than other similar hotels and place is unusually quiet. Unlike some of the other Fortune Hotel the cake shop isnt something to write about. Staff is quite courteous and helpful. The drive from hotel to Kundanhalli is usually full of traffic anytime of the day...so keep some time extra just in case you are leaving for a meeting

Food preparation is very poor. All restless. Even roadside food will test better. Also never try to through party here. They hardly bother to serve your guests once they receive payment. Just be careful.

Its a great place to stay, business or leisure, short or a long visit. Everything is perfect. The staff, each and every one of them is very courteous and helpful. The whole staff is very attentive to any issues one might face during the stay and they resolve them in the shortest possible time. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and super comfortable, with everything in best possible shape. The housekeeping staff does a great job on top of that to make you feel at home. Breakfast buffet is sumptous and tastes awesome, with some very unique dishes.

Interiors are good and for Corporate parties its good to arrange DJ, Food is not up to the mark & for starters Vegetarian & Non vegetarian starters are bit good.They need to improve in food, less Spicy in main course.

Had been to the restaurant there for a drink. They have good menu with wide variety of options for cocktails, mocktails, beer and alcohol. They also have good snack options. It is a 3* hotel. The restaurant is has nice ambience inside. They also serve buffet. Have parking for both 2wheeler and 4wheelers. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good place, fantastic location. Neat clean great food and large open spaces for big get togethers. Buffet is awesome in terms of choice and taste. Bar options and snacks are also great. Staff is well trained, responsive and very courteous. They didn’t have valet parking and that was a bummer. Apart from that had a fantastic experience.

The Hotel is located in Whitefield quite far from city, but the best destination for working professionals. Check in & check out was quick very rare these days full marks for this. The room was quite spacious however cleanliness was a big let down, the sofa in the room had stains and marks on it, bath tub was not cleaned well, noticed dirt in the tub. Housekeeping experience was below average, the minibar items were not cold enough, they did not have a bottle opener in the room, had to request for the same. A lot of stuff was missing from the room, like the ashtray, bottle opener, tooth brush etc. The phone in the room needs to be fixed it was static and the staff was unable to hear me on several occasions. The bed was average, not very comfortable but still manageable. One can easily find such beds even in budget hotels. Food served was really good, I ordered for Chicken steak and it was really tasty one of the best steaks i had in the recent past. Also the breakfast was good, friendly staff at the restaurant, they had variety. Hotel staff at the reception was also quite friendly. Overall a decent place to stay for solo travelers(If the cleanliness is fixed).

Booked the room for 3000/day including taxes. It is real value for money at that rate. Breakfast was amazing. Great service. Gym also was good.

OK KIND experience for a new year party. Buffet is available but there is only 5-6 tables with seats available for 500 people. DJ was not not that good for a new year party, not playing any song only unwanted music.
