Well, if someone says lipstick, I say MAC. If someone says which store, I say the one in Orion Mall. This is the place where I bought most of my lipsticks from.As it is already known, MAC has hundreds of shades for all complexions and this particular store has well trained and professional staff.I have been visiting this store for almost 4 years now and I always felt welcome. I visited the store even during COVID 19 times and they are taking the best measures to be careful. There is NO TRIAL or TEST allowed for the safety of people. The store is well sanitized and still catering to our makeup needs.Ms Belga, a makeup artist here, is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to choosing or applying makeup. She makes sure that you look natural and beautiful and that you trust your choices.I recommend this store to anyone who is looking to try MAC products or already using it.Cheers.

She amazes me each time with her outstanding knowledge of products, recommendations and artistic ability. In the last 6 years of my interactions with Madhu, my trust has only grown. A makeup session with her is a must have!In Covid times, the virtual experience has been great too! While Mac has been adhering to stringent control measures, Madhu has been personally consulting. Time to express my gratitude and share my experience!

I have known Madhumita in Orion MAC store for last 4 years. She is amazing and always have the attitude to help customers in anyways. Our acquaintance started when I was staying in Kerala, where there is no MAC store and she was not hesitant to help me virtually to pick the right product. Normally people would say to visit store to get assistance, but Madhu helped me over the phone. That makes Madhu stand apart from others. Frankly, I was forced to even give one star. Just to write a review. Not blaming the products. Its the staff there. Very arrogant. They seem uninterested and their ego touches the sky. And to add to all of this, when I got back home to check out the products I bought they turned out to be completely different. They were similar shades. All different.

Worst staff. Not helpful at all and they smirk at the customers when customers speak in kannada.those gals there dint even bother to help me I had to swatch all the lipsticks on my own. The staff is extremely arrogant! Especially one of the male staff members (will not mention names). Everytime Ive been there they are busy gossiping about personal issues and talk to you with such disinterest. They barely answer your questions. Been a Mac customer for almost 10years and have shopped in Mac stores all around the world. This is by far the worst store Ive experienced.

Store is ideally located, and the products are good as well. But worst customer service, the staff dont even have basic manners, let alone customer service. If you dont look posh or sound hifi you will be definitely treated like ****. I hope the management retrains the staff in basic customer service management. If the customer service isnt improved, I am sure they will loose customers.

Awful customer service faced today in Orion Mall branch..!! As a MAC customer, I really felt bad for disappointin me today. One guy was attending a customer, 1 lady was busy on her mobile who dint respond after calling her (excuse me) 3 times & the other guy was just lookin at me from top to bottom but never minded to ask me what I wanted (after waiting for 4-5mins), until I myself went & asked him for a prod!!!! Ok, atleast after that he shld treat me well ryt, but he jst gave me d powder box in ma hand & left. Dint gv me a trial nor explained anything abt it!!! I have never been treated like this anywhere!!!

It was worst experience in Mac stores Orion. They dont even respond to you and if your beginner they dont help you to select the shade which suits your face. Rather mis guide you and suggest completely wrong one. Its better to see online and decide instead going there. Its just waste of time

Overall had a very good experience. One of the staff called Ritheksha was very helpful in choosing the right product and explained very well. Will definitely recommend this for others.

Assistants are really rude. One even refused to give wet wipes to wipe off make up because we did not purchase anything :-D it was damn weird. I suggest you to try Sephora. The assistants are far better and do not feel stingy or get offended if you dont like the shade of foundation they showed you .

It was the 1st time i tried in Orion Mall and met a young girl called Jaya. Such a lovely person she was. she explained clearly about the products. We were planning to by just 1 1500 Rs product and ended up buying products worth 9000. She gave us an amazing demo and we are planning on booking her for the wedding too. I had been to the MAC opposite Garuda Mall and the staff were so rude and egoistic. I did not buy from they were not ready to show anything.

Worst customer service,if your planning to try out M.A.C for the first time,I would suggest not to visit this store, the store assistants are clearly not interested in helping out,in fact they are very busy slathering makeup on themselves and gossiping, the attitude and accent(we know its fake) is laughable,maybe it has something to do with thier IQ level, makeup artists in Garuda and Koramangala are clearly well trained and well mannered, if you want to get the right product for your money do not visit this store you will end up with an expensive regret.
