Dont trust Reliaable developers. They are cheaters. In Dollars colony Phase-1 they showed us this club house & took hefty amount towards the membership of the club house. Now they are changing that club house into a PUB & Restaurant. Can anyone just imagine a Pub & Restaurant inside a gating community which is meant for families. First our Dollars colony phase-1 happened, next to this club house they made few plots around 15 for Dollar colony, went ahead & created a new layout altogether as Elite Series of around 40-45 plots. Now thats just extending for another 2 more layouts. As long as all the plots are not sold, they will make the development work. Once the plots are sold, they will not even turn towards layout. Wish I have option to give less than 1 star.

One of the worst Developers in Bangalore, they just cheat people by giving false commitments, their projects are always under litigations & developments takes ages for completion , Dollors colony phase2 was launched 3 years ago but till now litigations are not yet resolved.They dont give fair amounts to farmers/landlords while buying the land and without proper settlements they will sell it off to customers so then landlords will file a case against plots, ultimately it ends up with litigation, landlord will start doing culativation, Please beware about this fraud company, Never lose your hard earned money

However I could not continue since I lost job during the pandemic situation.i was forced to cancel the booking and requested for the refund.
