True..office shifted as part of digitalization...customer care number wont work..cancelled my term insurance policy and they have deducted Rs 4500/- towards medical expenses.Worst company..dont go for aegon life insurance
This office is shifted to a new unknown location. They havent updated this on their website or not even in the last location, landline is disconnecting. How poor you are Aegon?
No one is answering my query, Aegon team is worst... Lot of nonsense. One of the worst customer support. Planning to cancel my term plan.As per my personal experiance, I selected wrong company for term insurance.... Dont fall in to cheap tricks1. DELAYED replies.2. Not answering queries over call by customer care.3.Worst customer service.4.,customer team themselves dont have clear idea or solution- they dont no anything... But they disconnect the call nicely.5.Based on my personal experiance with customer support, I never suggest any product from aegon to anyone. Dont waste your hard earned money....6.,They are really very good while selling the policy, after that they also forget and we have to run behind them like beggers to get replies... And their replies are awesome but no one understand including their staff.....I will continue to share and update...Regards,Shekhar

Customer service is very very bad. Executives are not aware of the process and documents required. Even small service request will take more than one month and no online option for updating the details.

They mostly suggest to surrender/Partial Withdrawal to Customer to existing customer. Be Careful, Dont Go for it.
Would not give it one star also! Only exists to fleece customers and not reply to their queries. The so called medical examination is farce and conducted superficially to issue policies. However, they would be the first ones to reject claims raised by heirs on those policies putting the blame on customers. Avoid the company totally.Better to pay higher premium that would serve its purpose.
