One of my close friend who recently joined new company in Covid times was asked to donate so that she can achieve few donation targets for which she will be given promotion!I was ready to pay initially but upon asking few questions she revealed targets for promotions.Somewhere I thought this is like bribing.Didnt wanted to be part of this fraud.And calmly said no to her thinking how cheap and unethical this company is.#Fraud

Sham! they collect number from somewhere even though am on DND list. All they want is collect money. They have targets to complete. Pls dont fall for this.

The result of Sightsavers approach have been fantastic. So many people have been prevented from going blind since decades. I feel very proud and happy in supporting Sightsavers, because the best gift we can give someone is that of sight. With Sightsavers giving light to many, I feel privileged to be a part of it.

I donated via cheque and they promised me that Ill get a receipt within a weeks time to my email id. They deducted the amount from my account within a matter of days but no sign of any receipt or acknowledgement so far. I tried reaching them on the number provided online but it doesnt seem to be valid. Id encourage people to do some background research before donating.

This organisation cause is good but the people who gave me the demo are failed in explaining the effect of their work on public who are suffering from eye sight. Any way i wish for their cause, they have to produce documentary proof online regarding to the beneficiaries then only people will believe and trust more in this organisation.

They just rush into house with a smile, I am sure that I want to help people but, you have no idea about my current situation, stop insisting people. If they are saying that they cant, then just let them be, why do you want to force or make them feel guilty and take donations. It has to be given with a full heart. I hope that you really utilise my money for a good reason.

2 young people come with excited and smiling faces and introduce themselves as part of sightsavers, saying they have been outsourced by the institution and that they are here to collect any donation .. but then they hugely insist on paying big amount in the name of paying for 2 blind children .. they come with a form which has a FAKE PAN no (just to make things look more real). So when you tell them that you would drop by their local office to give the cheque ,they start fumbling and say oh! But you can do online transfer now else we wont be able to get it . And then they get all uncomfortable of the situation & say their company has asked them to get it on behalf of the institution since the task has been outsourced to them.So CLEARLY, either SIGHTSAVERS is FAKE or PEOPLE are carrying out FAKE BUSINESS/EXTRACTING MONEY in the name of SIGHTSAVERS.

Recently one person called me telling me that my signature was required since the original one had some problem,i thought it as a call from an institution for the blind to whom i regularly donate and asked to come and take a new sign,only after the representative left i just checked the name and see that it is SIGHTSAVERS,called them the very next day and informed that i will not be able to donate and not to go ahead,unfortunately even after confirmation from them amount is being deducted from my account,i need to stop this.fraudsters

Do not donate money to this organization. It is an frau organization. My personal experience, i did not receive receipt for my money transfer. Guys calling they just behave like a sales person not services oriented.I need to rate negative, as no other options i have rated single star.
