One of the worst service providers. My house is now infested with rats and what not. Every time we enter the house anticipating a dead rat. Sorry to say that the implementation is sub-standard. We got this about 5 years ago and from day one we are having issues with the ridges. The material seems to be good but the implementation needs lot of training and know-how of the product. I had to get some kind of tape and close the gaps myself! It is more of a liability to have such a roof. I hope the Company takes effort to get their people trained in implementation. Also, over a period we get fine dust on all the furniture and also on the bed. I hope it is not harmful.

Good product but terrible customer service, worst choice of distributors , and lack of commitment, communication. We are doing a home project in Chikmagalur and facing huge problems from day one. Your local distributor gave wrong assessment of ridges and valleys and this made us wait for 3 months and we had come down to bangalore to collect the deficit and transport it ourselves. We are tired of chasing your useless distributor girish in Chikmagalur and your bangalore installers who made us wait endlessly without any commitment. We are still waiting for final installation of the ridges and valleys and you people have disturbed our work flow and hurt our deadlines. I am not sure if any of your team will respond to this complaint as none of have bothered to realize why your bad service will hurt your brand and business tremendously.

I embraced this material most enthusiastically because of one of its constituent being agriculture waste. Unfortunately in one of my project the sheet has become like a sieve in just four years after installation. We changed roof of one space but now find another one spoilt. It is very expensive to change just after such a short time. I need long term solution.
