Worst customer service private bank Ive ever seen. A staff by the name Shiva helped me create am account maybe for his incentive sent staff home and the service at the start looked incredible only to know that post paying an initial deposit of Rs. 16,000 its been almost a month and my bank account is not still not activated and the worst customer service giving lame reasons like its the fault of the back end team to update details correctly, Please dont open an Account with this bank and this branch in particular! Thoroughly disappointed #AxisBank for the worst customer experience 😠😠😠

Need a lot of improvement in guiding a customer, they tell you can visit any branch but these people are just trying to chase me away from their branch, i dont know why the hell they show ads visit any branch o+ customer service that female is not even listening to my issue she is just telling go to your branch where you opened your account. And they charge so much for applying a new debit card, i told them i lost my card and someone tried to access it i have blocked i need to replace this card, but she is telling pay 590 to get a new card or you will not get a card. Using this account from past 5 years in which im using all the service such as loan, credit card ..... Totally disappointed with Axis bank service.

Wrost service, I have lost debit card went to branch to block n get new insta card.. They informed me stock is not there. Informed me to block online n get new one which would take new 7days n cost me 200 rupees tried to inform my sister wedding is in 6days need to do shopping. Not at ol helpful. Dont even help to block the card atleast .

Went to collect instant atm card on saturday 19Nov as my old card was damage lady at counter no 2 was helpful but his manager sitting in next cabin who is keeping ATM card he is not giving he is updating that stock is over and giving cards only for person whom he new or with some reference..thy told to come on monday but again when we wont monday i asked lady that stock has come or not she told it has come but again that guy manager or dont no wht he is he told again that he dont have stock giving trouble to customer..Later i went to kalyan nagar branch got the card within 5 min good customer servive by that branch but cox town branch taking ride for all there customers...
