This is an upcoming residential apartment in North Bangalore . This is a beautiful place .

We had purchased flat from this builder which is next to this property and property name is Sashank Florento. Material used is low grade. No Proper Curing is done. No proper response from the once the flat is registered. I am asking for the tax paid receipt for 2015-16 they are telling we have to pay for that. Actually i had purchased the flat in the month June 2016. I had occupied the flat from August 2016 from then i am informing them that Water tap is damaged and Tiles in the bathroom are not fixed properly but till date nobody is ready to fix that issue. We have many issues in the apartment. Think before buying the property. No proper drainage. STP plant is worst one which i have seen there the recycle water is so stinky and dirty. We had complained about that also No response. Lifts will stop working every 2 months. For all these issues there is no response builder and his team. Think before buying the property. The previous 3 reviews are updated by his team only not from the customers. So think
