Meenakshi Sundareshwar Temple is located on on Bannerghatta Road, 15 km from Bangalore. This temple is one of the important temples of Bangalore situated at Hulimavu in Bannerghatta Main Road. The Meenakshi Sundareshwar temple is beautiful temple with a beautiful Tower (Gopura) which resembles the very old Tamilnadu temples. The temple is a miniature version of the original temple at Madurai, Tamilnadu.If you enter the temple premises of Meenakshi Sundareshwar Temple in Bangalore, Lord Sundareshwar is seen at the entrance and Goddess Meenakshi is found on the other side of the Temple. The temple also houses shrines to Lord Ganesha, Lord Subramanya, Lord Venkateshwara and Lord Ayyappa. You can also see a large space for Navagrahas (Nine Planets).

Very good and similar to madurai. Only infrastructure is small but its great.

Its Meenakshi temple. One of the best temple in Bannerghatta road. Even u have Meenakshi mall opposite to Meenakshi temple.And it is also very much near for Bannerghatta national park. In a same day u can cover all the three places in Bannerghatta road.
