I went to the bank to enroll my son for the Aadhar card, The front desk Shewta Poojar was very helpful and she followed up with me and updated me when the Aadhar card enrollment services resumed back. She and the manager of the bank were very polite and customer service oriented. I am extremely satisfied by the customer service and response provided by both them.

Update on 17 sept:They do have Aadhar service.Email the escalation nodal officer Mr Shyam, they did very well and helpful to resolve my concern. Revised to 4 StarReview for incident on 9 Sept:Rating due to service 1 StarThis branch has no professional ethic in dealing with customer and working. Nature of all the employee was lacking in resolving the matter. Rather it was how to escape from the matter. I overheard an employee suggesting to Ms Karunasari that  we should have conveyed it a technical error.Incident Date:  10 Sept 2020, 10-11 AM and 26 June 2020(11- 12 AM)Location: Whitefield Branch, BangaloreAll the evidence with Time Stamp are enclosed as matter of evidence of how the branch is functioning.Purpose of the visit: I went down to this branch for New Aadhar registration of my newborn baby on two instances 1st on 26 June ( 11:15 AM) and on 10 Sept(10:30 AM). At the end of the, I was still not able to do enrol the kid due to lack of knowledge and willingness of the employee.A.     1st Instance: On 26 June 2020I did receive the enrolment No (0696/11103/94472 PDF is enclosed) bearing the signature of Employee Ms Karunasari is enclosed. Despite this, after following up for more than 2 weeks I was informed by an employee that it is technical issue. I could not believe the radar server is down for so long, so I raised a complaint with UID, Later I was informed that Enrolment centre did not upload the document hence Aadhar registration is no longer valid. This was informed by UID and not by the bank employee.B.     2nd instance: 10 September,2020we called up Branch manager just to conform if Aadhar enrolment is taking place in  branch as due we did not want to spend time much time under this COVID situation with a 9-month-old baby. Post confirmation from Branch Manager(BM) we went to the branch for the process. The horrific situation is unfolding step by step from now:On reaching the Aadhar registration desk handled by employee Ms Karunasari we were informed that Drawers is locked where the mandatory device for registration is kept. So, upon enquiring further I was informed to wait for 15 min, and someone is on the way to get the key. It was very frustrating and utter nonsense that an employee is sitting ideal just because the key belonging to a workplace was not handled and kept accessible. Ms Karunasari was doing nothing to assist us to expedite the process, in turn, she was simply sitting. After waiting for 30 min  I ran out of my patience as I have a 9-month-old kid with me as well, so I asked who all in line of command are, after BM. We all understand the personal emergency, BM did inform that she was on leave as the business continues, I It was well-within office working hours that all this mismanagement of key took place.After 1 hour 15 minutes of dragging and calling up different employee  Key was arranged, and Employee Ms Karunasari conveyed that it will be taken another 30 min to setup the login.Grave Concerns which I want to bring to your notice :1.      I understand that employee can be on leave and when they are on leave someone else takes in charge of the branch as a matter of business continuity.  So, BM and DBM were on leave. however, CRM was the in charge and she was not in the branch, the branch was working like a headless chicken.2.      Ms Karunasari( Aadhar Desk Agent) mislead and gave incorrect information as result it leads us to waste 1 hour of our time. She has repeatedly and incompetent employee as provided incorrect information in 1st instance and in the 2nd instance as well.3.      Ms Sasitha Priya-CRM is an irresponsible employee as she had the key of the drawer of the workplace belonging to Aadhar Desk Agent and she was not present in the branch.5.      Bank Shutter was not opened until 11:15 AM.

The security guard who distributes token for Adhar during morning time should be removed, as he doesnt work in bank or public interest. Doesnt know how to manage the customers, even allocates the tokens to people who came later and not in the queue. Bank branch should immediate action to safeguard the rights of customers.

The bank employee are very kind ....The bank environment is really good...Getting token is really horrible.One of the security guy (looked old and was short in size) really rude and vulgar.He was shouting like- stand i line properly or-else will not give token.I was standing almost for 2 hrs for getting token...Please do ask him to deal softly with customers as they wake at 5 and stand in line to get token...After getting the token...All went smooth....Really happy to see kind employee inside the bank

Best bank in India in terms of service, this branch is completely opposite to typical SBI branch, staff is very friendly serving the unserved and underserved segment of society, this bank provides loans to lower middle class and best micro finance institution. Customer who have denied home loan from other bank can approval Ujjivan as they do consider the genuine cases.
